Having received today's IC on line I simply could not help myself posting a reply to them saying
" I think you are completely blind to the most glaring opportunity for profit I have seen in my 48 year investing history. You rabbit on about Lithium without apparently taking the trouble to research its far more viable and interesting fellow traveller, Vanadium. OK you did describe it as "Perfect Market" a while back but since then , nothing!
If you took the trouble to acquaint yourselves with the fantastic opportunity for profit that Bushveld minerals Limited ( BMN) offers you might for once make a useful tip!! Google "The Bushveld perspective" READ < MARK< and above all LEARN"

As to Meyer, while he is ultra conservative, at least he is supportive , mentioning Bushveld frequently, and any news is good news, especially his acknowledgement that if Vanadium prices stay high then £1.35 is more likely the figure.
My view, for what little it may be worth is that we will go nowhere until a dividend announcement is made although I believe such an announcement is, to pinch a much used word, imminent .
Still cannot understand why Fevertree rides so high on 31.7 million free cash while Bushy, even if paying 26million out in dividend (I wish)would have a similar amount of cash sloshing around to cover expansion to provide even more free cash! Fevertree 2940 Bushy 27.5 What nonsense!

Isn't Bushveld's better, or do I misunderstand things --and remind me , what is their share price?
I am of the view that for as long as we appear to have no publicly stated intention of paying a dividend, and soon, we will remain the plaything of Market makers and an attractively cheap takeover prospect.
I was recently away on holiday for a week and My best thoughts hit me when half asleep in the wee small hours Even our pessimistic house broker John Meyer says that our retained profit will be twice as much in the second half of the year than the 20 odd million of the first half -ie 60m for the year We LTHs are all sitting waiting to escape the shenanigans of the MMs who for as long as there is no dividend news can create a false market for our share price.
If my maths is right a dividend of 2 p per share would cost the company approx 26 million- easily affordable- and so might I suggest to FM that he goes public with an announcement that at the year end he intends to seek approval from the AGM to commence paying dividends Such an announcement would mean the share price would no longer be the plaything of the MMs I trust FM will do the right thing His track record is impeccable.Something needs to be said , and soon to stop our SP languishing at its present ludicrously low level .

All I was really saying was , trust Fortune to deal with it and ( having been on the road for the last few hours) I come home and discover that he and the board have obviously taken all reasonable steps possible and I am delighted to read yours of 1623, following the RNS.
As a retired litigant I know how hard it is to obtain injunctive relief-which the Company has procured-and we must all take heart from the implication that the company's position is just and proper, otherwise the courts would not have given them support.
The implication is that BMN' subsidiary should very soon be back in business and not likely to suffer further interruption . It really was a joy to read the RNS and indeed yours to which this is a reply
