You have to start positive but brace for a bumpy ride if business returns are significant. Every stakeholder will expect a share of the wealth, which is fair, but what usually plays out are Operator bad practices to max profit, government corruption and clandestine and illegal activities by stakeholders to gain a share. The dreaded resource curse. Tanzania has significant gas resources however LNG development discussions are more than a decade old with many changing goal post and still no FID. What I like about Tanzania Helium is that the challenge is a several magnitudes less than LNG eg. wells <2500m, onshore activities, basic processing facilities, lower spec transport so a business needing less capital, quicker development and revenue scale more manageable at a political level. The promise of hundreds of $millions has a better chance to succeed than multiple $billions imo. Still requires a massive aligned effort and plenty of patience. Believe and enjoy the ride !
