2012/13 earnings per share circ 24p x 15 times earnings equals t/o price of circ £ 3.60 IMO. I doubt if Muller would wish to bid much higher?

I don't think the SP can stay at this low level for much longer IMO should be 0.25p plus.

I can't believe a few small sells today (why sell?) have made the SP fall 7%! If it falls again tomorrow, I'm adding to my holding.

Why is JD Sports allowing the senior management of Blacks to continue in their jobs? Shareholders and landlords are the losers - as always in these pre-pack administrations. The Blacks management has obviously failed in keeping their company afloat and should be kicked out!

Just read the latest RNS...Can anyone tell me why the senior management is being "rewarded" by getting their jobs with the new owners JD Sports? It stinks!

I thought the banks had agreed new lending terms so unless trading when literally pear shaped the company remains a going concern at present?? This really is a share that will either go bust OR be back above 50p sometime this year. I just keep thing "ROK" because I sold just before it when into admin and just very wearly of Mouchel now...(I have held in the past). However might make a small purchase especially if the market likes the Bournemouth news. Any chance of director buying, by the way?

If there is a rights issue, even say at 1p per share...there may be some value left for shareholders but it depends on the ex-rights SP.
