I know - really hard to tell which rumours are legit and which ones are not. That is why I'll keep tabs here just in case.

Talk on advfn (the ptcm thread!) that funding has been sorted (payment received) and mbw will be making a takeover. As always it is just gossip and this share is probably still an avoid for now - but I will be waiting with interest for developments..

There are quite a few differences between the two companies - although both have the potential of having far higher share prices in the medium term. GLA

I am not sure why anyone would be buying the shares in view of the negative NAV and servere funding issues. Of course if funding is sorted then it may be a multi bagger but exceptionally high risk so I wouldnt put much in here until the next RNS! GLA

Thanks for the warning - perhaps you should read the latest update in November to see things are not too bad with Helphire at the moment. Drive Assist - some work has been passed to Helphire. Legal Fees - not a large proportion of Helphire business. Competition Commissioner Report - not yet due and may rule credit hire companies are not in the wrong. Oh and don't forget Helphire margins are up, debt is down and a windfall is due later this year re Autofocus. Never mind - I agree this is a high risk risk and I have reduced exposure but I have a feeling you want in too - but at a lower price.....

Healthly volume again today - this seller should be out soon. Good to note personal insults are kept to a minimum here unlike other BBs I could mention!

I am sure Tara is invested in PTO - otherwise what would be the point of all the research she has undertaken? I am also sure Tara would say if she thought it was time to sell the share (in 2/3 years time) GLA

Sadly I think Hibu is the number one candidate for delisting (then HMV). Not in either now so watching with great sadness at the end game imo

Thanks, made several buys average just about 7p - I will upside there. TBH it is difficult to tip just one (or three) shares as so many are potentially undervalued. I just hope we do not see many AAT, HAMP or MCHLs this year were directors stay and the business continues but shareholders get zlitch. GL

I notice very few comments on IRG which I recently got in at the low. Please take a look as NAV is suppose to be 30p compared to 8p share price. Mind you, quite a few shares trade a deep discounts to NAV tbh

Good luck everyone with your 2013 stock picks and I really hope ALL of them return a profit in 2013 - we all deserve a good year! It wouldn't surprise me if the 2013 top performer is a share no one has mentioned! (it usually is)

I hope you stayed in NTA and benefitted from the recent takeover offer? It was on my watch list but I felt it was already high enough - but no one gets everything right. GL for PTO in 2013 (I got some at £2.05)
