Interesting development between QPP and NARS today.... some still believe QPP might go after HHR although they better hurry up if HHR is still recovering and the share price keeps going northwards..

Yes small 3k profit last results but expected material improvement 2nd half and "good news" for shareholders in the near future - so what is it!

Someone acquired 40k shares in one go today?

Good to see buying before ex-div date tomorrow. Added 32k yesterday and might do similar today. Note that price is moving up on almost every buy now.. the Mall proceeds could be used in various ways as the company wishes to fund expansion of some of its divisions but a special dividend is definitely on the table imo

Not in the last few years - only issue is going forward re convertible loan notes that can be converted into new shares at 10p (500k?) so not a material amount. The net asset value at the last accounts was 62p but with recovery only just starting it is a bid that will realise value here in the short term

There has been pently of good research posted here over the last few weeks by several posters (as the situation has changed substantially since I last held the shares in 2012 before buying again recently). The key point is a shareholder lock in period ends on 30th September so if Boris acquires these shares he will be in a very strong position to succeed in any bid approach gla

Boris is now likely to be at 1.4 million shares and another holding rns has to be issued this week. If he is planning a bid it is likely to be very soon now - probably next week. There are only options on the table like further stake building or alternative corporate activity (joint venture etc) but a bid is definitely the most likely option. He probably wants to acquire enough shares to take over the company with little resistance from minor shareholders and at a fair price

The rns is good and I note eps for the half year was 0.2c. So what's the expectations now for the full year? The share price has had a good run and I presume factor in some of the improved trading/profit. So what is a fair share price target now? 10p??

Appears 50k buys are no longer an option until some decide to sell.. I wonder which threshold Boris is looking at before making his move? 10%? Higher?

Any sells are being snapped up probably by Boris and a few of us here who expect a bid in the next 1/2 weeks. Another holding rns likely as only 163k shares need to be acquired to ttrigger a further 1% movement

Seems like Boris and a few of us here have taken all the free float! Perhaps a RNS next week is on the cards - even if it is just another holding rns?

Sorryperhaps a bit insensitve last post as I fully asknowledge some shareholders have been here longer than my two years and brought at far higher prices (30p, 40p or even higher) so those who have only become shareholders in the last few months will not necessary know the full history here nor the fact that such heavy dilution really does limit the upside.. 30-40p is not likely again for sure..

How were you shafted by the rights issue? The share price dropped but I simply sold most at 3.3p then acquired the open offer shares at 2.5p! Could see 7-8p here after results - then I will exit very happy
