I hope traders realise that the recent placing @ 2p premium only happened as thats the minimum price new shares can be issued at - £200k raised. However If resolution one is voted for at the GM on the 24 December, the 2p nominal value will be reduced to 0.01p. New shares can then be issued as and when if required with a much reduced floor.
