I am not clear on what you rely on for suggesting it is overpriced. There are many mining projects without the full suite of permits and licences. These may often be in parts of Africa where laws are often untested via local and international courts. South Korea is a very developed country , investment grade with a mining heritage. Maybe you should ponder what the SP will be once the permits etc are obtained. In addition once all is in place a mine re-opening will cost at least 50% less than sinking a new mine.
