Yes, we know they will need funding at some point, it is clearly stated in the RNS dated 28/06/23 but what you are failing to mention is that the prospectus and rigless testing will happen prior too any funding requirement, by that time and upon a successful testing programme the share price could well be far north of where we are now.

I believe the target is already lined up as the below witness statement to the court, there would need to be some grounds for dismissal at this stage:

" As a result, the Current Directors will provide a witness statement to the court hearing on 26 July 2023 requesting that the Winding-up Petition be withdrawn or dismissed."

And I believe we will find out sooner rather than later:

Any potential RTO candidate which I believe will already be lined up given todays RNS and subsequent withdrawal of the "winding up petition" is interesting in the AIM listing, which is worth a hell of a lot more than £100,000, its a much quicker and cheaper way of a listing on the marking.

I think there may well be a lot more twist and turns to come yet, why appoint new CEO's who are looking at a potential RTO, is it possible a suitable candidate is already lined up?

This could be the biggest daily multibag in a very long time, as a cash shell with a potential RTO the market cap is many multiples of what it is now, generally around £1m so 10x todays price.

I think we are OK for testing but not 100% certain, any raise I believe would be for transportation of first gas before we can become self reliant, money could also be raised in other non-dilutative ways so not necessarily a share raise.

Rigless testing
