How is legal in that Energy oil was ser up by A. Minty then it changed its name to NUOG then we go nearly bust and between MFDevCo and RMRI they get 100% of NUOG

So MFDevCo is owned by A. Minty and it is a private company. A. Minty also owns RMRI How in H$lls name is this legal.

Merry Xmas from Afghanistan. Yep I think we can all learn a lesson from this one. I too have only contempt for Mr Minty. But as we all know in the penny world its a hell of a risk, what does not help is if the CEO tells porkies, in my view, if nothing else he should be barred from every chairing or having anything to do with the share world. Hi LT it wasn't just you that was taken in mate all of us long term holders of which there a good few were taken in as well. The next step we all take will decide the fate of NUOG. I can't see Minty having any appetite for any sort of legal action. I still think the BOD could at least make a deal that was more favourable even if they left us with 10 to 20% at least it would be easier to swallow.

If a deal can be made it should be for say 30% at least leave us with something

There well could be something we are all
missing here hence the request for LT's input nothing more he has nothing to explain or answer for anyone who invests in any penny share company should show due diligence and make up their own mind when it comes to investing.
