Was it just me who expected the dividend to be about 60p. It was at 110p previously when the share price was around 3,000p. So it's only logical if the share price has halved the dividend would do similar.

Personally, I'm not too fussed as I'm in this for the next 20/30 years and in the long term I see the business remaining strong and the housing market getting back on track within the next 2 to 3 years.

What platform are you guys buying shares on? My Halifax account can't find the company.

Yeah think there is still plenty of legs in this. Good to get some consolidation in the 6p+ range. I expect another assault on 7p Monday. Then once the RNS lands who knows where it'll settle.

What do people think is fair value for the company as it is? And what do people think the share price will be long term (5 years)? I'm struggling to set a price target to aim for with this one.

I agree, it's hard to put a sell price on it. Do you sell now at a profit or hang on for a few years to see it mature into what hopefully becomes a sustainable dividend paying business. I personally don't need the money so am happy to leave it in for the long haul and enjoy the ride. Fingerscrossed!

A very good RNS. Been in this 2.5 years now. Think there is still some way to go but imagine what the share price will be once the funds start growing and generating an income. Great potential here.

Funny to see all the rampers coming out now. Where were they a few weeks ago when the share price was down at 1.3p. Been in this share a couple of years now and belive patience is the key here. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Topped up this morning with a few more. If the dividend level remains the consistent I see this as a great entry price.

What are peoples thoughts on when this will gain some traction? I've been in for about 2 years now with an average around 2p. In that time there have been a few steps forward but I still feel we are another year or 2 away from lift off with the SP likely to stay around this level or potential drift further.

I bought in at 187.10 this morning. Will be interesting to see where it goes the next few months but think this level is a good entry point for the long term.

Agreed the dividend yield is looking attractive. I'm looking for an entry point for a long term hold but thinking it'll drop into the 180's before it recovers.

I've got about 250k shares at an average of just under 2p. Happy to bide my time to see how the story unfolds.

Topped up earlier at 1.87p. Should come good in the long run, just need to be patient, deals will take time to finalise. In the mean time will top up again if the SP continues to drift.

In at 35p. Hopefully not been spiked! 6,000MW for production in comparison to 3,900MW produced at Drax. this could be huge.

Believe the figure is £50 mill MCap or 17.66p share price in ZIOCs case. If we remain above that for a few weeks IIs should start joining in.
