BumbleB ...As you have already stated ....Julia Ponce -Gonzalez has left AFC and returned to Spain....so was this mission accomplished with regard to the high power fuel cell ?.....was she replaced or is AFC now short on high skill development staff .....so many unanswered questions ...

In the April 9th RNS.... this footnote was added.... Further background will be provided at the Company's Annual General Meeting in April 2019....so I wondered was any more information added ? this high power system has already had 22 months of development ...

BumbleB ...With regard to the solid alkaline membrane for use in the high power fuel cell ....is it likely that this will be subjected to years of longevity trials before being ready for application ?

I would think that any orders would be done through the ROLEC network .....they are the chosen experts .

Maybe that the telecom market said talk to us when you have a product....so with Q4 fast approaching ....who knows .

I added this over 4 months ago ....I do not think anything has changed this is part of RNS dated 25th April 2017.... Stage 2 of the JDA will now focus on the integration of the best performing electrodes from Phase 1 within the enhanced fuel cell stack to derive a frozen baseline technology platform capable of warranted mass production which in turn will be validated at AFC Energy's industrial facility in Stade, Germany in the second half of 2017. The validation will include the metrics associated with power output, longevity, efficiency and availability. ... so as I see it we are still waiting for DeNora to confirm 2year longevity ...so by my reckoning news must be imminent.

Eddietheo .... Nice idea ....using the BMW i8 that was used in the AFC charger demo as the benchmark....how long do you think it will take to charge a Tesla ? .....lets assume a Model S P100D.

I quite agree....the January introduction to the EV charger was not exactly an Oscar winning production ....but it was a" toe in the water " opening gambit.....and has led to a world leader in Rolec to try and bring this unique system to the market place....as we have discussed before TUVA and their past performances are subjective ...

Well lets hope the guesswork will soon come to an end ....the imminent interim report needs to bring a breath of fresh air to this forum.....the constant battering of TUVA is unjust .....they simply have nothing to play with ....no signs of the fuel cell gen sets and a wait until Q4 when the EV charger is unleashed...how do you PR that ? on the AFC budget of £0000.

From the few images that we could see all appeared hunky dory ....what could have been so wrong with making it public knowledge ?....seems like we have a R&D department for our PR work.

Thanks notes ..... So as we already know any promotional/ PR work is totally controlled by the AFC BODs.

If you cast your minds back to pre -AGM.....around mid-march....DW found the secret AFC dossier " This is what we do " and it then suddenly got withdrawn....would TUVA have been responsible for producing that tome ?

Their website seems to have disappeared....must be updating with all the good news from AFC... ?

ACCIONA were involved with the only desalination plant in the UK.... so will be familiar with UK work practices....I don't think DeNora are involved with reverse osmosis for desalination..... but I could be wrong.

BumbleB......Was the fuel cell that was to go to Southern Oil not a commercial product ? 1 year ago next week that was agreed .... it should have been installed by now ....but as we know the problems involved where not the fault of AFC....

Thanks iWantThatOne..... The report is a bit a vague but once again shows how little is known about what AFC can do .... maybe it could tie-in with the highlight from our last interim regarding the co-operation with a water technology company .... I am sure we will soon find out....
