The GeoPura system was briefly discussed last week .....their system uses PEM fuel cells .....will therefore be more expensive to buy and operate and cannot run on lower grade hydrogen ....also ....as was mentioned by BB are less efficient.....as far as i can see they have not released details of the cost per kWh......Seimens backing is the trump card here.

Haggis...Would you say the toxic fumes from a diesel genset are different than the toxic fumes from a diesel car ?

The point of my original post was to bring in a ban on diesel gensets .....then enter the AFC gen set replacement ....Bingo...

I think manufacturers will be slowly winding down production of diesel and petrol cars an ramping up electric / hydrogen cars ...plus buyers are already switching....

After announcing the 2035 ban on these vehicles ...i wonder when they will annonce the ban on diesel gen sets ...that should come in much sooner than 2035.

They probably needed permission from the hire company to put that one sticker on ....a full wrap and notify the DVLA of vehicle colour change aint gonna happen ....

Towing with an EV at the moment is a problem .....only the Tesla model X is type approved for towing ....something the caravan lovers will need to look into ....

Production of the VW eGolf is due to end .....with the introduction of the new id3 replacement model sales will increase even further ....more chargers required...

I am sure it says on the website that the EV charger is available for demonstration .....at Dunsfold ....so perhaps potential customers are heading straight to Dunsfold and not waiting for the Roadshow.

Lets hope Rolec show a bit more interest ....they are the respected EV charger experts ....

It seems all the interest is in the larger 160kW system .....hence the need to accelerate production .

If the tech was not ready ...why did they agree a deal with Souhtern Oil and build up the hopes of many shareholders ?

Maybe AFC need to show to the doubters that the innomech robot is flat out and not sitty idle ....upload a video to the new YouTube channel.

They plan to start testing the system in 2024....hopefully the AFC system will be in operation long before that ...
