Interesting to see that there has been no slowdown from the manufacturing team ....that suggests to me that they have been manufacturing something....the question is what ....we know that they can manufacture the AlkaMem membrane at Dunsfold ....a positive update.

Taskmaster..... Do you know of an off grid EV charger that can provide a more rapid charge than the AFC system ?

Commenting on the AlkaMemTM testing undertaken in Japan, Christian Urgeghe, Chief Technical Officer at De Nora, said, "A highly conductive and stable anionic exchange membrane opens up an array of technologies which De Nora currently have under development. Based on internal De Nora testing standards, the AlkaMemTM membrane technology exceeded internal expectations and has demonstrated the ability to offer significantly lower voltage drop when compared to widely implemented industry standard diaphragms." Six months have passed since that comment .....must be due for an update on Alkamem very soon .....surely ?

Fuelcellinvester....I think you must have missed the RNS that was released Feb 12th..... Hybrid Hydrogen Generator System showcased ...the SP was at 22p....within a few days we hit the year high.....38p......i do recall some investers here taking that good news and leaving us.....with a vast profit ....

Very nice blog from Tom Pollard today...the paragraph at the end is as near a RNS as you are likely to see... "The system has been the subject of independent HAZOPs and meets health and safety standards and regulations. It is presently being CE marked. System deployment is capable in 2020 and at present, AFC Energy is working with industry in general and Councils in particular to define a business model for system deployment."..... Look forward to seeing this in action very soon ....IMHO.

Athansius......I never claimed my comments would stand up in a court of law ....what i said was "my interpretation"...you are quite clearly totally disillusioned.....where as i am not ....

My interpretation ....is the that the delay in building the 160Kw charger was made for them ....the customers who asked for the system have decided to "hold fire ".....let the UK recover from the virus/lockdown.... under the NDA this of course cannot be confimed....so i would say not exactly AFC at fault here ....

Maybe ....technically....have they sold something to Southern Oil .....its just that Southern Oil dont actually want it yet ?

DW ...At this time EVs are the best solution to get away from fossil fuel vehicles.....and Tesla have managed to kick start that change ....this is why almost every car company is trying to play "catch-up" with Tesla.....go and take a test drive in the Tesla model 3.....then come back and say Elon Musk talks sh@@.....

Were specifically mentioned in the Covid-19 RNS Update .....why mention that ? ....in that context what is the definition " our customers "?

AFC have already made it quite clear ...any interested parties are covered by NDA s ....if there is any news then all parties much be in agreement to release that news ....as irritating as it may be for some.

The Gridserve EV Station will be grid connected....it will take all the power the grid can supply and the solar panels will merely keep the enormous battery bank topped up....not only will it need to charge EV s...but it has shops and other facilities to power ....it needs someone with a bit of vision to do a similar EV Charging Station but using off grid charging....
