I can see your 'test' post.
If you click the blue post titles that will take you into the full chat. The top discussion on that page is where totals are being recorded.
The story goes that Dennis Bailey introduced Alex Borrelli to Masoud Alikhani. Borrelli was getting into the business when Alikhani fell ill and the rest is history.
Rofert nobody has been elected to do anything. It probably is too late to take action. In hindsight we should have taken Borrelli to task as soon has he arrived but it was only right in most people’s eyes that he was given a chance and he has taken that chance hasn’t he.
Can't believe this is all being done legally.
I've put £ but it's actually $ - how we stay afloat to get to this point isn't clear to me. I cab't believe there is no update on the bmrplc.com site. I say I can't believe it, I can.
"Apart from an agreed initial 5% Royalty on distributeable earnings, BMR will only be entitled to a Royalty payment once:
(a) the Project is fully operational and has generated distributable earnings;
(b) Jubilee (or its nominee) has been repaid in full its capital investment and its agreed capital rate of return of 30% on the first GBP 2,3 million invested and 20% on any further capital invested."
So they are buying the project and also have the rights to acquire EML. This cost BMR millions to acquire and it would seem we are going to give it away.
Have you ever been invested in BMR?
Rofert you may be onto something.
If JLP spend as much as they state they may need to then royalties won’t kick in until they’ve made £18m. That could be quite sometime.
If we had been listed AIM wouldn’t have allowed it, hence us going private.
I just can’t believe he hasn’t got anything in return for shareholders e.g shares in JLP or a lump sum of cash. This royalty is years away.
Either email the site directly and the site manager will add them to total or sign into the site and go to the discussion area and add them to the top topic which is keeping a running total.
When you click the two separate licences the Large Scale Exploration Licence opens some way from the two mining licences.
Ka5hitu lies within the are covered by the Large Scake Mining Licence
“The Ka****u section lies in the south east sector of the Company's LSML where previously ZamAnglo, ZCCM, Billiton and Teal had undertaken geological exploration programmes between 1958 and 2006 comprising, soil sampling, pitting, reverse circulation (RC) and diamond drilling. All resulting, available geological data now acquired by the Company from these four campaigns has been captured and consolidated on the Company's geological data base and analysed.”
From bmrplc.com
“Enviro Processing Ltd holds the Small Scale Licence 7081-HQ-SML (edged in blue on the plan below) in respect of the tailings on Stand 5187 (edged in black on the Plan) and the Large Scale Licence 6990-HQ-LML (formerly known as ML1) applying to the whole 703 hectares of the BMR site.”
I can’t remember any news about an exploration licence ?
How and why have you linked BringMyReward with Stuee?
Will confirm with Laffer about how this will be done. I previously did a screenshot of my account and holding and that sufficed.
The other way was checking off the SEC808 Shareholders Register which we purchased last time we found ourselves doing this. A SEC808 previously showed you individuals holding from within their nominee accounts - however GDPR rules may now have scuppered this, will look to find out on Monday.

Ensure you let them know which email address you’ve used to sign up to shutterfly with
In all fairness this actually a possibility.
Repeating what ItsANightmare posted in reference to signing up
BMR Watch is hosted on Shutterfly - anyone wishing to access this site needs a Shutterfly account (its free!)
I need to know what the email address is that they registered with Shutterfly.
I send them an invite to this site.
They have to accept the invitation to the site then logon here.
* Finally, once they have logged on, I then have to increase their access level so that they can see the entire site and be able to post on the discussion board.
I have been trying to check frequently for those new members who need to have their access level increased, as they will still see the 'basic' site (they wont even see the "Discussion" menu item at the top of the page until I do so. This cannot be automated unfortunately.
Please ask them to be patient!
**Right now there are ~15 "invites pending" - that means those people have not accepted the invitation I sent them.**
I’m signed up and have been for sometime.
It seems a few here are struggling to get onto the discussion board? Is that still the case for anyone?
We have over 10% of shares now, please make preparations to be able to prove your holdings in the near future as in order to take any action we will need to be prepared.
According to the BMR official website 29.9% of shares are not in public hands.
JLP 29.01%,
Borrelli 0.74%,
Bird 0.15%.
Peterhouse Corportae Finance will still hold a fair portion as I doubt with the volumes we saw over the last few months they were able to sell all of their placing shares. Amazon Hill have never reported selling their holding purchased from Lexinta. Lewis will possibly still hold his shares as again the volumes don’t indicate he has been able to offload his shares.
Given the above PI’s still hold the lion share and can try and prevent any potential underhand attempts to give away the asset and severely damage value of our shareholding. But, we can only do it if everyone pools their shares and we get organised.
You strike me as being fairly pragmatic but on Borrelli you’re totally wrong. He told shareholders right at the beginning that to have someone at the helm of his calibre he should be paid 4 times as much as the salary he has awarded himself. A man with his ego and experience doesn’t just make the kinds of mistakes he has.

No idea exactly what is going to happen. We haven’t lost our investments just yet. Options are being explored behind closed doors.
Is there a comprehensive list of HMRC approved stock markets?
