Yes our holdings in ASTO will be diluted but our debts will be much reduced so we should end up with a higher NAV per share.GL.

Hi m8-Yes RCG looks dodgy but interesting though.High NAV & good products but too many dilutive rights issues to lord knows who that we don't get a chance at & we could be diluted right out of RCG.Have you any thoughts on RCG?.

I think you are right.It does not sound right that creditors would write off so much that is owed to them when only £10m is needed to fix the problem for now.GL.

It looks to me that the £10m cash to raise would be 2 for 1 @ 2p each=500m x2p=£10m.This will not be done unless creditors agree a large writeoff & if they do not agree they would get a lot less.I do not like to see debts that are not honoured so i will be out of ASTO as soon as i can without to much loss.Good Luck.
