hi m8.I had about £13k & change in AXN.I had hoped for a takeover after a deal with the creditors but AXN could not pay next quarters rent & banks would not help. I sold all my HHR today@a very small profit as it is not going to be doing too much in the near future i think.GL.

Sold to Sun.I don't know what happens to us shareholders in a pre-pack ,Do you?.

Hi M8! My thoughts are as my last post.AXN is i think now cheaper than any offer.AXN could still be saved by selling 1 or 2 brands & or a rights issue.AXN is risky if no offer comes but i think it will be bought out @ a much higher SP than it is now,So still worth a punt @ under 5p.GL.

Sorry i'm late replying as i know not much going on here appart from the I told you so brigade.lol.This is not the only share that i am getting hammered on,I am talking large losses on my total holdings.It has got that bad that i am selling shares at a loss to buy share that are at an even bigger loss.Good Luck.

I think about 85% of AXN is owned by institutions,Most of it bought recently @ about 7p per share so they would need about 10p per share to agree to a buyout imho.

No credible offer could be this low.Good Luck.

If an offer is made below 10p per share i do not think any sane institutional investor would would take it as it would be cheaper to help AXN to manage through this bad patch.Good Luck.

Instead of *****ing we should wait for all of the proposals & then decide to vote for or against.Not that it will make much of a difference as institutions hold most of the shares i think.Good Luck

I thought HOME was going down to about 107 this week but it is giong up today so what do i know LOL .

Starting to creep up to a more reasonable level but still way too low.GL.

Sales are not good @ HOME so i think people think the divi will be halved so they sell HOME down to half price so it is possible that HOME could bottom out @ 90p.They wasted a lot of money last year buying back shares @ about 220p.if HOME does fall below 100p i will fill my boots with them because as you say they generate cash & have no net debts.I am holding some that i bought @ about 114p & i will hang on to them.Good Luck.
