12 July 2019 SHEARWATER GROUP PLC Brookcourt Solutions secures multi-year contract with Deloitte
Shearwater Group plc, the organisational resilience group, announces that its group company Brookcourt Solutions has won a contract to supply and deploy cyber security software and services in a multi-year agreement worth £0.5 million in aggregate to Deloitte ES Cyber Risk Services ("Deloitte") covering the EMEA region.
Under the terms of the contract, Brookcourt Solutions will be managing the project on behalf of Deloitte and working with the vendor to provide the threat intelligence software and associated cyber security services.
9 July 2019 Shearwater portfolio companies awarded place on G-Cloud 11 Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG, "Shearwater"), the organisational resilience group, announces that four of its portfolio companies (Geolang, Brookcourt Solutions, Pentest and Xcina) have been awarded a place on the G-Cloud 11 framework.
The G-Cloud 11 framework is an agreement between the UK Government and its cloud-based services suppliers. Buying services through this framework is faster and cheaper than entering into individual procurement contracts. Shearwater collectively has 17 services across both the cloud software and cloud support categories of the latest framework on the Government's Digital Marketplace.
