Sanderson Capital Partners Builds 14% Holding In Xtract Resources

(Alliance News) - Metals and minerals producer Xtract Resources PLC on Thursday said that Sanderson Capital Partners Ltd acquired a 14% stake in the company after a transaction in August.

Xtract did not disclose what holding, if any, that the financial services firm had in the company prior to the transaction on August 25.

Shares in Xtract closed 11% higher at 1.39 pence each in London on Thursday.

Must be a chunky delayed buy or three there somewhere, 160k shares bought in total once it ticked up to 1.4p then went straight to NT only. Might not actually take that much to recover back to 2s+. We shall soon see
