From the placing RNS:

"Peterhouse or SP Angel may terminate the Placing Agreement in specified circumstances (including for breach of warranty at any time prior to admission of the Placing Shares, if such breach is reasonably considered by Peterhouse or SP Angel to be material in the context of the Placing) and in the event of a force majeure event occurring at any time prior to admission of the Placing Shares".

This will now force the directors to buy on the open market to gain a larger share of the vote, if they want to remain on the board and not get voted off.

Regardless of shenanagins the chart looks good for a bounce to 2.165p = The 50 day line!

This reminds me of the New World Oil and Gas Short Squeeze +900%, could get very interesting here. The fundamentals are similar although NWOG was oil and gas they had a similar event occur with wild shenanagins by directors and insiders behind the scenes. One of the brokers from the placing had to write a heartfelt letter to all their clients involved as they got badly burned on the inevitable squeeze (almost 1000%).

Prosper88, I am so confused by you. How could you not be invested in Argo Blockchain if you are that keen on Bitcoin? ARB currently mining 120 Bitcoin per month, that is due to possibly double in February to 24o Bitcoin per month when the new mining machines become available. Look how low the ARB market cap is considering it mines over $2 Million USD per month at a margin rate of 60%

and good on em if they do decide to sell at 15 or 15.5p.

PMSL, woah Fridays profit takers, what happens Monday should it roll into the $25Ks/$26Ks and beyond? ;) I wonder where the MMs might gap it up to, this is just far to early to take profit imho. We are currently at the level or real value only if Bitcoin was at $14K, still a lot more upside from here even if Bitcoin was still at $18K AIMHO. Sooner or later whatever jiggery pokery that is holding this back will go and we will see true value. Each to their own though, keep calm and carry on doing whatever it is that you believe is right for you and your current circumstances!
