On the basis of a gamble this has a 80% chance of phase 1 success. If successful the market cap should be that of 50 mil plus which is 4 times todays value. This is seriously undervalued even based upon a gamblers punt.

As like all big news on this co there is a build up period before and on basis 1st patient is treated around 7th Feb, positions and build ups usually start a fortnight before. Good luck all

Within 30 days it’s likely we will have clarity on the above three points and I would be amazed if this is not valued at 35m plus following this which is 2.5 times current m cap. Giving fair value at 935.

No company is gonna give them 20% of company without the sign off of these signatures which Vlad said is a formality. This is like building regs when building a house / flats after you have planning and want a self build loan. Bank will want assurance it’s ready to go especially if they are involved throughout it.
