We are in the end game now. A JV or buy out is likely for multiples of this ridiculous valuation. You only have to look at what car t therapy phase 1 valuations are.

These are the 100% facts of what I know.

Vlad does not want to put the co up as collateral, so this discounts a loan. He has a presentation this week with a large pharma. He has a few offers for funds currently and is trying to get best deal for a runway to get 3/ 4 patients which is when the large money for pharma or a vc to seriously invest in completing this trial (18 patients) and adding pediatrics onboard.

After patient 4 the wait period goes down from a month to I believe 2 weeks in between infusions.

Car t market is growing at a massive rate and this trial has massive attention by big pharma in active interest discussions. Big pharma want this treatment / programme if it works and the signs so far are good. Patient one shows efficacy and patient is alive and doing ok. Patient 2 is delayed but due to happen anyday.

The co pricing is at rock bottom and the future does look bright although we have a few more bumps to overcome. This project is worth 10 times min current market cap and I think it’s a bargain at current levels.

Pharma do not normally get involved in such early stages although it’s rare and has happened in the past. Vc are the normal engines to take the trial to a level where a pharma would then JV, licence or buy

Ise is wrong atm. I think strong data from 2/3 patients with other products is worth several multiples of this and that’s why I’m still in.

We have one patient showing safety and initial efficacy. Once we have two showing this we are off the races people as any thing over 35% efficacy is deemed a success in car t world.
