Agree. Significant non retail buyer in the market so expect a number of outcomes
1, Stobart Group and concert parties to make their move before interims announced.
2, Private equity take a controlling stake, oust board and carve up the group.
3, Private equity board approved takeover.
Flybe are clearly a solvent business with significant cash on the balance sheet and are a sitting duck for a succesful low ball takeout unless the bod can bring in a strategic investor pdq.
