If i was the company i would be focusing on multi year contracts across numerous diffrent platforms....historically they are 3-6 months.....

if the company can secure as many multi year contracts as they can then this is easier for cash flow and additionally allows the company to expand even further and employee more team members to be aggressively attacking revenue....

Id also incentives the BDM and Team with options........

Johnson & Johnson (J&J) has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with Numab Therapeutics to acquire its subsidiary, Yellow Jersey Therapeutics (YJT), expanding its immunology portfolio in a deal worth $1.25bn.

As part of the deal, which is set to close in the second half of 2024, J&J’s all-cash transaction to acquire YJT will provide the company with global rights to develop, manufacture and commercialise the subsidiary’s investigational, first-in-class bispecific antibody to treat atopic dermatitis (AD), NM26.

Physiomics plc (AIM: PYC), a leading mathematical modelling and data science company supporting the development of new therapeutics and personalised medicine solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a further contract by existing client, Numab Therapeutics ("Numab"). The project involves Pharmacokinetic-Pharmacodynamic (PKPD) modelling in support of one of Numab's oncology assets entering the clinic and will help inform dose and scheduling decisions.

Dr Peter Sargent, CEO, commented: "We are thrilled to have this opportunity to continue working with and supporting Numab on this asset through its preclinical stages as it heads into the clinic. The project involves PKPD modelling in support of one of Numab's clinical programs and follows on from earlier work conducted by Physiomics on the same asset. The project will span two years of the clinical program.

DeBull I 100% agree with shareholders buys.

However they way I see it is, without it being a significant amount it will always be looked at as a negative.

JM bought 5k and was rinsed for it as it wasn’t enough, and with the current salaries they may or may not have a significant chunk to be able to buy.

I spoke to Pete recently about this and I understand the reasoning, my points were very straight about Market confidence in the company and how undervalued the market cap is.

Pete and the company agree the MC is ridiculous cheap and they are actively looking and are having conversation about addressing this through various means , through new initiatives, revenue growth, better coms, more PR preparations to investors away from IMC.

I know a few others that have also had similar responses….i have a lot of faith this is going to be rectified.

The Quantitative Pharmacology: Modelling and Simulation Scientist role has been taken down and no longer receiving applications. Must have recruited already.
