As a result of these transactions, the shareholding of Altair Group Investment Limited ("Altair") in the Company will increase from 137,868,580 Ordinary Shares to 164,532,102 Ordinary Shares. Holding(s) in the Company The Company has been notified by Altair that, on 4 March 2019, it sold 136,363,636, Ordinary Shares, including 15,528,000 Ordinary Shares held by Ecofinance (GLI) Limited ("Ecofinance"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Altair. Following the disposal, Altair is now interested in, in aggregate, 1,504,944 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's current issued share capital. I feel even after a contract of this scale we will hit 2.5p but it just wont hold and fall back to 1.2p We couldn't even hold 1.8p for 1 day after the Phoenix news

I cant imagine they want shares because before the news yesterday there had been selling for months.

Later on this afternoon there will be some big buys 50million region it happens all the time when we get this news. It's basically we have a green light now.. buy what you feel comfortable with and wait a few months. I can't see anything happening for a few months unless they drop a contract or ebioss news.

That's exactly what happened to me man... I've been averaging down from 1.2 ages ago but when you have so many shares you buy a small amount below 1p and it changes nothing.

An interesting thought is they have usually stated a timeframe of financial close and contract confirmation but haven't with this mou which could lead it to being signed fairly quickly.

Shows they had no idea about this today and probably a waste of giving more shares out. But with this mou and securing more contracts it will give good exposure for potential investors to go back and review the company.
