People who are down 40-60% and dont want to be 80% down, id guess
Trotters, if the machine spec stated it was 99% accurate and for arguments sake, lets say it was 75% accurate, possibily the DHSC would argue they were misinformed about the capabilities of the machine.
The DHSC may well believe they have a case, if what was stated in a certain publication has any merit.
a) the percentage reliability figure was fiddled to make the machine appear more reliable.
b) Prima staff did the trial to make the machine appear to be an easier and quicker application
This could as you say drag on for a long time
Would with the share holders.
I think thats right, if there is any truth in the PE blurb, and it's a big if, that the reliabilty of the machines was fudged and the trials were conducted by NCYT staff instead of hospital staff to make the processing time appear quicker, then I would say that slightly sways in favour of the DHSC

You wouldn't say the history of Reginald, if what PE are saying is true, is squeaky clean.
Dont think PE are advocating that he signed the contract, but in his role as chief Technical officer he signed to defend it, look PE are a bit of a two bob outfit compaed to the main stream media, so you think they would make sure their facts are solid as any serious libel action could shut them down
Gold standards, really?
Reginald, a former dentist who was struck off for harming patients and defrauding the NHS, is also CEO of stem cell company Celixir. The MHRA is already investigating Celixir following complaints of serious research misconduct and concerns over patient safety involving trials of its 'heartcel' therapy in both Greece and more recently at London's Brompton Hospital (see Eye 1526).
Reginald, who had made Celixir's Stratford-upon-Avon lab available to Primerdesign, is said to have had oversight of the three-gene product and his name also appears on the contested contract with the DHSC.
I was replying to a thread that was started before I sold out and had continued after I had sold out, there is nothing but rumour on this board, if you find it insidious, I couldnt care less. Its not a rumour that PE published a damaging article.
Im comfotable with my decision, but very unhappy with my losses, are you uncomfortable with with people expressing their opinions if they dont fall in line with yours?
I suspect the BOD's are trying to keep well under the radar, be suprised if you get any more information until there legally bound to do so.
Im out at a 45% loss, something stinks here
Who knows, if were aware of it you would like to think they must be, certainly Ajan Reginald doesn't come out of it too good
You would think there would be a statement from the BOD's refuting the article then, after all mud sticks
If even 50% of that PE article is true, doesn't bode well for a successful outcome on the dispute, also raises serious concerns over the morals of some senior staff
Thanks Sharepoint, I have a very small holding here but think I will increase it
Cheers Sharepoint, do you know is there a deadline for the public comments to end?
The RSN didnt tell us anything we didnt already know, revenue came it just below what was forecast, dont think DA helped by stating that covid revenue could fall by 50%, in this climate who knows, may increase ny 50%

Has the permit been granted?
Is there a deadline date for the permit?
