May also be telling (probably not thou) that approx 2000 last night, PYC tweeted about their "Projects" with Inaphaea BioLabs. The same post has been sent out on Linkedin.
Cellcentric: CellCentric, an innovative UK-based biotechnology company, today announces a strategic investment from Pfizer including $25m to help finance further development of inobrodib, its first-in-class p300/CBP inhibitor to treat specific types of cancer. Pfizer will support CellCentric with its own clinical development program in multiple myeloma (MM) for 2024, alongside ongoing trials in specific haematological malignancies, through its Pfizer Ignite offering.
Again, PYC hopefully may got more work thru this?
Bicycle just announced a $230m amount from a public offering Bicycle plans to use the net proceeds to fund continued development of the pipeline and R&D efforts.
Hopefully, more work coming PYC's way?
I sincerely hope you are incorrect in your hypothesis Sushi, however, after you and others correct calling of the raise a few weeks ago ( still irked ) i have no argument or information to discredit your post.

Maybe CC is clearing the decks, ready for transitioning to CSO, and making way for new COO?
Is it a "crossing trade"?
Looks like there is lots of placing shares yet to move, hopefully with the increase in volume, it will not take long to clear?
Good to see another savvy trader commenting on twitter yesterday, ok they and Doc may well be out after it gets near 2p, however at the moment, any little positive is a win.
Nice buy.......seen a few trades on the bid in the last few days, all i thought were sells?
Unless i am wrong, the tweet is not "another partner" Kyra works for Shef uni.
What PYC should be highlighting is the news that Cellcentric have got $25m from Pfizer to develop CCS1477 ( as it was called ) PYC helped with the dosing regimens on that drug.
SFU, it was Doc Holliday who publicly said they had bought £20k of the £125k wrap. That just leaves 1 or few others who subscribed to the further £5k that was bought.
I still think this £25k take up on a £125k offering is a poor showing, doc also stated that it was a trade, and they'll be gone around 2p.
Laura, PYC may have opportunities, and good positioning. They also have this pipeline of 25 projects, which is calculated to be X £ amount, but that is if they get them all?, In fact i would hazard to guess their "Hit rate" is very low, and out of those 25, only a few projects will be signed off.
Trouble is Porky, nice people dont always have the umph to get things done. I think many a rabbit, needs to be pulled out of a myriad of hats.
Re the WRAP E125 made available, only £25k taken up, and £20k of that was by 1 person on twitter. Others have suggested that the WRAP was not taken up, as the savvy could buy below the placing price.
I still dislike the idea they had to place at 1p, i wonder if it was because to get it all bought, they had to reduce it to 1p? I profess to not knowing the mechanics of such things.
Laura, you said last week that you had some opinions, and were going to put them in here, any chance of seeing your musings?
True Steve, however, it would not be the 1st time.
Laura, you mentioned that you had some info you were correlating late last week, have you finished with them yet?
S4, after your prognosis with this share, and your correct assumptions, again, like sushi, its hard to argue against your theory. :-(
Sushi, after your last call saying a raise was on the cards, i, like many disagreed with your musings. However, with whats just happened this week, its hard to make a argument that you are wrong, so i wont even try.
There are a few points that i am still very vexed about.
The low ball raise price was way too low imho.
The bod only putting 5k each is a abomination. Some PI see that if BOD put significant skin in the game, then that bodes well. Well, for JM and CC to only put 5K in shows no confidence, and they have a tiny amount of skin in the game.
The lack of clarity in what the raise will be used for? At least with the raise before Astellas, we could see what they wanted to do, and why? With this raise, the only pin point of light i can see in the darkness of the void is the possible name change for the dosing tool, to personalised oncology software??? That is it!! unfortunately i have too much in here, but all i can see is red flags flying, and the quick sand is engulfing us.
S
I roughly work out fully diluted 1.4m
£400k cash ??? + £380k placing = approx £780 cash with mkt cap of 1.5m??
Correct???
More dilution, the 150k raise only got 25k! ( unless i am reading RNS wrong) pathetic.
Casa, elaborate?
Wonder if the 150k placing got fully subscribed?
Noticed a few things in the raise RNS's, not that it will mean a jot of difference
Re-engagement with DoseMeRx and engagement with Inaphaea Biolabs Ltd; what the dickens does " re engagement mean? They lost contact, but then found a email address? I would expect contact with VAL's new baby, as we are on their SAB.
&
"Exploration of opportunities around its personalised oncology software offering." What is this? Is it a new name for the dosing tool? Not heard of that particular phrase. Google it, and you will only find 1 matching phrase, and its from the placing RNS.
Probably means naff all.
Feel really let down by BOD.
A few months ago, JM sat in front of a camera and said long the lines of "no placing" needed ( at that time )
The BOD only shelling out £5k each is pathetic.
A question has been asked as to why the BOD did not but in the open market? Now we know why, because this has obviously been on the cards, so why buy at 3-5p at the time, when you can buy at 1p?
Steve, i we know your story, but you only have 10k shares left? Will i be buying, no, have i sold, no, and that last bit may well come to bite me further later on in time?
I feel like S4, sushi et al have been right all the long, maybe i could not see the wood for the trees. I am vexed and very angry with this situation. They could have raised at a higher level, and chose not to, the BOD could have bought more, they have chosen not to.
Other AIM stocks that raise, their SP rallies, even if the raise is at a deep discount. PYC does what should happen, and the SP finishes where the raise is set at.
We have a potential of £1.5m value of "potential" deals for 2024, but how many will come to having the deals signed off?
£150k for what they have suggested is rubbish. At least when the "astellas" raise was made, you could see what they were after and aiming for. This £150k is like keeping the lights on.
As someone mentioned earlier, what has happened to the dosing tool? And the other thing that has made me really mad is the opening line " We are pleased" pleased of what, destroying SH value, portfolio destruction, i could go on!
I'll be interested to see what the TR1's do, or have done after this raise.
Today, PYC tweeted about a new AI idea that could help the NHS save money etc, is this linked to them, nope! They still have not congratulated Cellcentric on their FDA fast track for CCS1477, which PYC helped with. That is appalling PR.
Steve, it could go to 0!
We had a blue the other day, so that gain was wiped out yesterday. No appetite here in the face of bereft news.
Not that i am aware of. The deal was undisclosed. The only deal i am aware of, where PYC gets £ in the future is the VAL201 deal.
Great news just posted by Cellcentric. , CCS1477 as it was, now "Inobrodib" has got FDA fast track approval.https://www.cellcentric.com/press-release/cellcentric-receives-fda-fast-track-designation-for-inobrodib-for-the-treatment-of-patients-with-relapsed-refractory-multiple-myeloma/
