The moment this goes up seems to wind up people the wrong way including some self confessed long term holders 😂 😂 😂

There is some serious buying going on here but does it actually mean anything ? We’ll have to wait and see.

Personally I think those who sold previously over 2p are buying back in.

@porky - according to you this is a pile of poo and you have every right to your opinion. surely, now that this is dead according to you, you can now move on and try to help investors on other shares. multiple bods have ****ed up and hence the share price.

i’m still invested as i think the value of the ip is greater than the market cap. in time i’ll find out if that is a wise move or not. for me clx is the big one so the sooner they start talking about it the better.

i’ve bought in here today. having spent a full day reading the rns yesterday and other articles there is no way to understand why this has fallen. over time the numbers will speak for themselves and this will rise.

today is just a normal day where the shares on ftse **** the bed whenever the us tech sector catches a cold.

The big boys think there is a future and so do I. Labour realising very quickly that the coffers are empty so messing with the revenue from North Sea oil will be suicidal.

Something has changed this morning. The robbing bastards that is the MM are asking for 0.3389p for £600 but want me to give them my 5m for 0.309p.

If anyone has a larger holding try a dummy sell I suspect they are prepared to pay over 0.3p for much larger sell.

nothing wrong with having an opinion but it is always good to back it up with facts. let's take the last few days. i'm pretty sure the telegraph journalists didn't print that article without some encouragement from milliband. however, within a space of an hour his department had to humiliatingly walk back the statements in the most strongest words.

since then we have had articles questioning the policy and asking for it to be reigned in. funnily enough one of the pieces has been written by the telegraph :-)

the last 2 paragraphs in the unherd article sum the situation up for me:

the kings speech will give us a good idea on what the governments priorities are and as an investor i'm betting that the government is not going to put at risk the north seas taxes they are collecting at the moments.

As Dickupham said it looks like some grown ups have give Ed a good kicking. As retractions go this one is pretty good. It’s basically calling the Telegraph journalists a bunch of liars.

I’ve taken a position here this week as unlike monnietorx I think risk reward is actually good here. The existing licences will be honoured irrespective of the government. The only real risk is the amount of tax to be paid whic hopefully we will get an idea by 17th July. The Serica ceo I think has said it best that if the government went too far companies will walk away and the government will get less than what they are getting now. The ceo has bought quite a number of shares and appears to be optimistic that some sort of compromise could happen.

When they announced the sale of shallow structure for pittance I assumed that they were in need of cash for a) to continue the drilling on the deep structures and b) some concert parties wanted some returns.

Now, with oil flowing at 155 and I think at 813 surely it’s time to cancel the sale.

Clearly, they have an excellent understanding of the business, hence their reluctance to be taken for mugs.

It appears the US investors are prepared to pay more for the shares. As you say they have an excellent understanding of the business hence why they must be buying right?

Interestingly volume in the UK today was 104k and in the US it was 551k when average volume in US is around 315k.

I think we will see a gap up tomorrow on open.
