Align Research Another company we hold a reasonable position in and have been perplexed at the price action of late is Prospex Oil & Gas (PXOG). The news flow this last 2 months, to us anyway, certainly does not warrant a weaker stock price. Quite the opposite. We have a strong suspicion that the culprits ref the weakness here has been Beaufort as they have facilitated the last 4 placings and would have been given stock and warrants most likely too. We are watching this very closely and will be adding arms wide on any further weakness.

yes thank the lord BFS weren't sole broker Any companys with BFS as sole broker could be in real trouble I wonder if Andalas would of used BFS for the recent placing but in light of what's been going on were uable to so used Volantis instead

my mistake you're correct Think maybe the concern here is the link between Sanderson Beaufort I feel the sp falling is concern about the CLN being issued and conversion to equity with more dilution and if Andalas can survive more dilution forward selling I feel without any good news very soon ADL will struggle to survive

Saying sp falling due to finance from Sandabel Capital who are linked to Beaufort. Thought that loan note and placing to pay it off was all done 6-7 months ago. Not sure what he's talking about Andalas did the placing have had the dosh its well spent. Sandabel BFS have flipped the shares and had their dosh They've since done another �500,000 placing with Volantis and have a 2,000,000 CLN facility with Volantis Volantis placed the shares with Lombard Odier Asset Management right ?
