On approval of the prospectus by the UK Listing Authority, it is expected that the ordinary shares of the Company would be admitted to the Standard Segment of the Official List. Have we even had approval of the prospectus?

Have they commenced the process of applying for a Standard Listing of the Company�s ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (�Listing�).Have they made the initial application to the UKLA and when will it be approved and pass the UKLA�s Eligibility Committee.
