maybe those sneaky market makers were holding it down all morning filling orders allowing big buyers to load up under the radar

I think so not sure how sticky the placing was if not sticky we need more volume to clear it

still need higher volume to clear the overhang from last placing

So the share price will be pegged at 0.15 until the £1.5 mill is drawn on the loan note and 1.5 billion shares converted at 0.15

so any rise from 0.15 shares will be forward sold and another conversion at 0.15 will happen this will happen until all 2 million pounds is converted into over 1.5 billion new shares?
