Its just very odd;
IG index have given me 1 for 1 share but only for my nasdaq holding. Price showing as £2.20, cant trade. IG looking into whether i can over the phone.

However nothing for UK shares.

In my interactive investment account , ive been given 1for 1 shares for my LSE holding, currently priced at 0.

Immsure IG advised they woululd be in my account onnthe 14th.

I almost had to ask the group if we had your next of Kin contacts, just to check you're ok.

IG not sure if the offer applies to holders of tils on LSE. They believed it only applied to tils on nasdaq.

However, they're double checking and will respond via email.

The cynic in me says they were simply trying to appease us while they got through court case.

Iii advising there wont be any share certs available , registrar advising company struck.off, therefore no certs available.

Ive been investir in Tils for a while but the recent move ro bermuda has made me a little nervous.

If the company decide to go private what does it mean for shareholders, particularly with the move to bermuda.

I hope im wrong but sounds like GC making the mkve for himself.

Is there any plan for the gas or the 100 million loan facility in the short term?!

I hope comms do become regular but with a little more substance. We're 6 months into the year and their formal communcation earlier this year alluded to company going through transformation/ new mngmt but in reality we've seen very few developments - yes zaza was in the way, but imo comms were probably over optimistic / bordering on misleading to keep shareholders happy.

Do i feel like theres any significant news in the short term? not really. I honestly can't see anything other than legal issues.

Tired of hearing evolution/ transformation show us something....

What is the plan, will we be wiped out with massive dilution.

Is this dependent on whether GOGC allow asset transfer to FRUS? Technical errors ammended by FRC, just need confirmation.

Unless uncle Sam pressures geogia to confirm assets are transferred to FRUS.

Is the company able to say what if any progress we're likeley to see short term.

Getting a little fed up now, so looks like nothing much going to happen this yr. Unlcle Sam pushes georgia to agree and confirm FRUs tranfer.

It's clear from his msgs that he had some inside info but maybe he's simply played a good game in attempting us not to disclose the information we've been learning/ rock the boat. He was clealry trying to suggest 50% share was tranferred to FRUS, was this a deliberate attempt to mislead us while he/zaza transferred assets to green capital? Throw us off the scent?
