How do you watch or Listen to the general shareholders meeting is there a link

The USA market is just waking up to the news, so could be overseas investors

Hopefully we well know more next week, there will some sort of vote soon but us small shareholders would not make a difference to the outcome

I think someone said that they can’t say anything until officially delisted so maybe an RNS Monday

Today is the last day of aaog and will be officially delisted, this board might disappear as well after today and we need to get updates from the aaog website

I 1st bought in at 10p and bought a few more shares on the way down, I think my shares average now are at 0.93 a share so I am hoping for my money back

Some of them don’t sound to happy about it

I am a long time holder of aaog, i how our assets got sold to (zen) but our company comes with about 40m in tax losses, so any money made will not be taxed for a long time

If you look on angs they are talking about Aaog Merging with them

On the second RNS it says effective from the start of trading 7th May does that mean we have a new company from that date

Why does the second rns say trading date 7 May but not much else on it

There is a rns about Issuing load more shares on HE1 from the 7th are we about to become 1 company and giving HE1 a pre warning what about to happen

If you look on the aaog website under board members it says what she is meant to be doing, it looks like she has broken a few of the rules, account should be published 2 yearly, regular updates through RNS, ASM should still be going ahead to keep share holders informed of the progress, the way thing are going we will get an update to say we have lost everything

Her shares holding has gone up as well from 12k to 112k

Application granted, extended to 2034 hopefully that will move the share price today
