I am afraid you are wrong Wiltshireman as the consolidation is required in order to get ASX listing. Current share price is to close to the minimum 20c SP requirement for a listing AND GGP will want an attractive looking share price for new Aussie funds. Whether it will drop (relatively) is another matter, but in my opinion it wont if both are done together

Are you serious?!!!! Pension unit funds are revalued daily and if the underlying stocks have fallen, so does your pension. Whether it matters is another issue. If you are drawing your pension now, of course it does as your fund has dropped 15-20% potentially (depending on the underlying investment strategy ie units held.

Tom the gold price was down 1% early on and now .2 % up, so there has been a turnaround. Stll down on highs but a sizeable shift in sentiment in last hour since China announced retalliation

Probably can't keep up with the volume. GGP obviously had a big sell dropping Sp .4p in one move. Likely people needing to liquidate to meet margin calls

I am very long on IG and it shows a 100^ of people as long. However 91% of trades so far this morning are sells and I have seen this many times. IG and other spreadbet platforms are the trading cause of much of the early volatility

All looking positive except the fact that we are not taking advantage of the high gold price and additional revenue by mining HAV as scheduled. Even feasibility study now one year away. For the life of me I can’t understand the logic of this and SD hasn’t explained as far as I am aware

What worries me most is not the raise, but the following statement ‘ in a feasibility study targeted to be completed within 12 months from Acquisition Completion’. This was due by the end of September this year and now is another year! Why the heck does it take another year and what does that mean for progress between now and then???!

I tend to agree with you John and the concrete evidence that SD take bull is that he has only ever bought shares once and that was a very small amount in the 14p raise. If he had conviction in his actions being positive for the SP he and other directors (none of whom have bought shares - forget free options!), he would have invested his own money.

I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they all buy at 4.8p as this surely must be the bottom, and I truly believe we will be in double digits again once revenue flows.

I think the minimum share price for ASX is 20c so consolidation will also be required. Nothing unexpected here in this leak and SD promised it would be accretive. An ASX listing will bring in buyers at the same SP as now or higher as no discount is necessary.

If they do it as a SAYE scheme it is very tax efficient for employees
