Great post.
Its nice to read stories of decent people who have made some good money and success stories.
There are a lot of people who have lost a lot.
I have not multi bagged here yet but am hopeful it wont be too long. Fingers crossed.
All the best for next week to all.
This board has been mustard today.
Im not invested YET but I have loved every minute and comment of it. Ramping, de-ramping, wind-ups, insults, fortune tellers. Better than any soap on TV. Great stuff. But what a day on the SP. I think everyone deserves a bloody good after the last two days.
I think tomorrow may see another drop but cannot see it going below 200p. But will buy in when can see some definite and stable upturn improvement, even if at 230p, as I still think is that is good value.
But I believe this will definitely blow over fairly quickly. Fridays chip wrapper paper. And expect a fairly quick recovery over 300p in next few weeks.
Thanks for PRD. Will take a look.
May be worth a look at COPL. Can read up about it as most of the important information are quite recent events. Looks promising to me over next 12 months. A lot of news and events to take place in near future.
Absolutely sensational entry point for new investors and a magical opportunity to top up.
Bike and scooter sales are things that most people want to sit on and try before purchase so retail wont be affected as much by online alternatives.
In China, electric scooter sales soared during and after the pandemic as people don't want to travel by bus/tube over short journeys. So expect a large increase in Sales, along with normal bikes which is already happening, not only for commuting but for general increase in people wanting to get fit when they are frightened of doing that now in crowded enclosed gyms.
New car sales will also be badly hit so expect a large rise in spare/replacement motor parts sales and general car sprucing up etc.
Think the market has concentrated way too much on the conservative forward guidance which is just a standard statement for companies now in these times. Definitely one of the safer investments on the market.
Hold for Gold. Complete no brainer to me if you can sit back and watch it grow over the next 6-12 months.
@The.Italian: I still have a BlackBerry as my personal phone for family/friends number. (IPhone for work/social media).
The BlackBerry does was its supposed to do, eventually. But its much slower. It takes a long time to charge, can give you chest pains, and takes a long time to switch off. But I know that eventually it will be completely outdated and so I will probably keep it in the bathroom cabinet for old times sake, or a total emergency. Sound familiar???
Hold for Gold!!!
Viagra = BlackBerry.
FUM = IPhone.
There will come a time in the near future where using Viagra is part of a bygone era. Like washing your clothes in the river, having an outside toilet, waiting for the weekly coal delivery, or having a shot of gas at the dentists.
It will be a lot higher than 55p so don't worry about that aspect.
Hold for Gold.
Wyndrum, you have been more or less spot on with your predictions posted on Thursday.
Have you got tomorrows lottery numbers?
Great to see it lift back up now that the supply chain has been replenished.
Hopefully we can get passed 200p in coming weeks.
GLA.
Looks like another Covid dot.com bubble is about to spectacularly burst leaving decent people out of pocket.
I guess even news reporters have friends in the city.
Looking like completely overhyped unfortunately.
Even guys who don't need it will be using it just to last longer or if they've had a few too many pints of Old Speckled Hen, especially as it has no health effects.
Even those Bodybuilders down the gym will be slapping a tube on 8 minutes before they arrive there just so they can show off another muscle through the tight lycra. Possibilities are endless!!!
NYCT went from 31p to 400p with a much lower potential sales revenue and a much shorter life-span for their product of Covid testing kits. FUM product will be around for 10,20,30 years. I don't think we need Columbo for this one.
I think one day we will look back at these days and wonder why we were so worried.
Sometimes world changing products come along and that is it.
The transition from current Viagra type tablets to a gel will be seen in the same way as the change from Blackberry to iPhones, from old Hoover vacuum cleaners to Dyson, from hand washing of clothes to a washing machine, from tapes/CD’s to downloaded/streaming music, dishwashers etc etc. Like a lot of these products the MED3000 improves and enhances people’s quality of life. But in addition, and unlike all of the above, it is much safer and better for health. I can see a time in the future when MED3000 is such the norm, that there is a clamour to ban the predecessor on health grounds, although I expect current tablet versions to eventually be taken out of production due to uneconomic with such low sales volumes.
To me it’s a complete no brainer and I am confident that this will be the exact same thinking for all possible commercial partners. Added to that, the physical, emotional and mental affects of what the world is going through now, the need for ED products will no doubt increase substantially. Good luck to all holders old and new and hope everyone can make money or at least get back to break even first and then also make a lot of money.
I read today that current price is $1750 but predicted to be $3000 in 12 months.
If you go on-line you can find a graph of US Total debt outstanding YOY % Change verses Gold price since 1980.
Shows significant increase in POG in relation to % increases in the debt so we don't need Columbo to figure out which direction POG will be going for next year or two at least. All the be to all. Hoping for a nice steady week of increase at least.
Its reported today that 8 sailors from USS Theodore Roosevelt who previously had coronavirus test positive again.
So which is it: Is herd immunity a load of crap or US testing of their armed forces a load of crap?
There are different theories around the relapses. Its potentially an issue with the current test where having significant antibodies in your system results in a false positive. I think this has been an issue in South Korea, Vietnam and China too.
These people are not ill and unlikely to be infectious. Still seem to be many unknowns with this virus.
Point is that there seem a lot of different types of tests emerging but the big prize will be taken by the company whose test is able to accurately differentiate between the different conditions.
