Just move on and spend your time looking for a share you like and will invest in. Again personal opinion but if TK is as close as he says I would wait for the financing to be sorted which would put Kefi in a much stronger financial bargaining position. I would have then applied to bank loan the money needed to keep SA shareholding at 15% for the 18 months between TK signoff and production. When production commences we would have been able to hold our own with SA investment. There are lots of ways we could keep both IF bank signoff is as close as he says. It all seems desperate to me and not a sound business move IF everything else is as he says it is. My take away from this is TK is not as close as he is intimating. I could obviously be wrong but that's how I'm reading it. Why give away the jewel when you can have both IF TK signoff is that close.

I can't see any good news here for shareholders and I'm surprised the share price is holding up. SA was always the jewel. It's a 6 month review so were looking at least until April next year before a decision is made and then probably longer before any money actually arrives. That money will not filter down to shareholders, it will pay off debt and keep the lights on for a while. If the funds are needed for TK then we wont be getting any closer to production for at least the 6 months its said to take to review SA. I don't see any positives here.

Hope it doesn't get sold. I'm in this for the long term dividends year after year for at least 7 years. Which should be around the current share price annually. My aim is to retire off this, not take a quick buck. Buts lets see what happens.

TCM just likes to come on here and spread fear even when there isn't any. You can see it clear as day. He picks up any little nugget of negativity, twists it suit his agenda, does a quick scan of the web for any old rubbish that will help justify his weak claim and then posts it. Rinses an repeats until someone proves him wrong. Then he goes quiet for a day or two (probably sulking) and then off we go again. If would be funny if it wasn't so sad that he spends his life "educating" all us uneducated fools on this board. Time will tell :)

What does it matter if its this quarter or 4 quarters from now? If you buy at todays prices and finance happens you make a bucket load of money. The only issue is if it never gets signed off and then you can sell at a small loss from todays price. It's one of the best investments on aim at the moment. The upside is huge and the downside minimal. There's no placing required, that's been stated. Even if there was this is still a great risk/reward share. Stop clutching at straws and trying to spread fear and doubt! Either buy some shares and see what happens or don't/ It's your choice. Stop trying to influence others. You should be ashamed. I don't get it. If you are right you saver real people from making a small loss. If you are wrong you cost real people a lot of money. How will you sleep at night?

Anyone that makes any stock decisions based on the "opinion" of a random anonymous person on a bulletin board needs to seriously consider if investing is for them. Do your own investigation and make your own decisions. Half the stuff on here which people state as "fact" is actually incorrect and shows that they do not read the RNS's properly or look through Q&A's and videos. Plenty of them available and most of the links are helpfully posted on here. Those that are trying to "save us" from "Arry" just spout mainly factually incorrect information and you have to question why someone would spend a lot of their time posting on a bulletin board for a stock they are not invested in. If they were educated "real" investors they just would not have the time, inclination or any reason to try to "save us all from impending doom".

Ignore them all, regardless of if they are pro or con the stock, do your own investigations of facts alone not conjecture and invest or don't it's your choice. Please don't make investing decisions based on the opinion of "experts on here" that have loads of spare time and are obviously so financially secure due to their investment experience and expertise that they can spend the day on an internet bulletin board saving everyone else! Think about it. If their advice was actually good they would be making a lot of money and would be actively investing. Not sat on LSE trying to save everyone from making a terrible mistake.

100% Agree. Sell off at these prices is crazy. It will get relisted on AIX (probably) and shares will get transferred and will be worth something with possible future dividends. I understand not wanting any level of risk but at todays stock price i'd rather hold than take the loss. At these prices even tempted to add some more. Delisting does not mean company has gone, it's just moving where the shares are traded. Over reaction IMHO.

Funds wont hit the bank account this month Fantasy. They will be available and will be drawn down as and when needed, this is standard. All we are waiting for is financial signoff (the legal commitment). Moonies will not hit the bank until need and that will be in tranches.
