Until they get the 1,000 Oz average over a 12 month period I can’t believe anything that comes out of the company . I have a memory ..

Further to its announcement of 13 May 2021, the Company has received approval from the Minerals Commission to start irrigation and leaching of ore placed on the heap leach pad at the Homase Mine. The Company remains on track to achieve the target production of 25,000 ounces of gold for the first eight months of production, with first gold pour expected to occur in Q3 2021.

Good to see the CFO putting his money on the line . Gold price should mean increased profits = potential increased dividend of 10%+ at the current SP . Not rocket science to be buying at this time .. even at ATH

I think it reveals a lot about the quality of management when they have put a tweet out in ounces when the rest of the world uses Troy ounces . It is a good job the scale shows the grams ! Is it sleight of hand ? No tweets showing on their website - what is going on ? Either way it does not help trust when this thing was supposed to be producing 1,000 Oz per month from the start of the year which would have easily removed the threat from the gold loan . Just one misleading guidance after the other ! You go back a few years the original guidance was 28K and that was before new plant and recent expansion of the pads !

I want Emma Priestley fired … any other company she’d have been gone surely?

With dividend , cash and profitability .. this could easily double in price with continued success

Why no RNS on latest pour(s) .. to me only means one of 2 things .. grades are not what they have guided and cannot confirm the 1,000 Oz per month guidance .. or there is something seriously amiss in the management of this company and shareholders are not seeing the gold. Trust is out of the window here for me … only a few years ago they were guiding 28k Oz per annum with inferior equipment / resources.

This explains everything and cannot for the life of me understand why the RNS did not give fuller details

Frogkid.. lower grade material .. my take on in is it will be sold .. not just sit there for 15 years .. and is paid for ?

Higher grade material = no increase in production cost for much higher copper production.

Am I missing something here … without Leon properly explaining themselves is leaves us all trying to work out what is actually going on and those of a nervous disposition , or simply don’t understand what they are reading , will bail out .

leon should be kept away from rns or they should at least be vetted before release . why are jlp paying ollie ?

for a long terms shareholder that was told no more dilution a few years ago this is another bitter pill for some to swallow but … the rns does not seem to give us the full picture and leaves shareholders trying to decipher what is going on . my interpretation is :

1. the company could not find the cash for this acquisition of higher grade material which is a concern but should probably be expected with the capex , delays at roan and the fact copper has to be sold when produced … cashflow lag.

2. if i have read it correctly this was an opportunity too good to miss .. jlp acquire much higher grade waste material and replace processing the lower grade ( which they have **** loads of apparently paid for ). the lower grade material has customers and turns into cash ? this should mean higher copper production from the same processing rates - substantially more profitable. if so why was this rationale not explain in the rns ?

3. as this rns indicates finances are tight then was this an opportunity for jlp to explain why and release the other projects production figures to help underpin the share price. to leave us hanging ( again ) is not professional .

at least the placing is at 4.20p and indicates an element of confidence .. or was it desperation from the supplier ?

Davenport are convinced .. what a ridiculous comment . They had no choice … it was this or bust. Nothing new here as this is not fresh news and shares now up close to 1 billion. Still stuck just above 1p and only thing that will move this up is serious production - which Priestley has never been able to prove 🤷‍♂️

what are the projected monthly costs . still no real porduction with jam tomorrow. is 1,000 ounces even enough to cover running costs ? $2.6m revenue is not that much . still a **** or bust situation and can you trust priestly ?

Strong recovery of the SP based on profit / FCF imho . Where will it go when the license is concreted and the ore sorter does its thing ? 300p would appear feasible in the next year or so . Very low MCAP for the potential profits.

Gold Production and 2022 guidance

The Company has, to date, poured 1,717 troy ounces of gold (1,308 troy ounces in January and 409 troy ounces at the beginning of March).

With the improved dry plant and agglomeration modifications outlined above, the expected gold production for the remainder 2022 is expected to be between 18,500 and 23,500 oz of gold, leading to the Company's full year production guidance of approximately 20,000 oz of gold.

How can you state there is a seller at 65p when it’s dropped from 90p+ and is 10p higher than that anyway and volume is relatively small? You trying to manipulate the price .. got burnt badly on the rise with a short ?

reynolds is not important in the big picture .. cfo’s are ten a penny . if one of the lead engineers or regional managing directors were going i’d be more concerned . leon is still there .. that is all i worry about as i believe he is working his socks off to make this all come together and doesn’t need ****y shareholders on his back at this time

Only 163p if the Shanti share price holds !

There will be a lot of private investors taking the profit at anything above 140p imho which will keep the price down . Hopefully it might alert another competing bid as 200p+ is a more realistic target given Doropo . If the Ashanti price holds then equivalent 163p .. so have to see what the market thinks. I would far prefer a cash offer but clearly Ashanti have not got or will not part with the cash . 163p in only indicative at this stage .
