Shares of #PREM experienced a rally as the firm assured that the recent action taken by their partner, Canmax, amid an escalating disagreement will not bear any consequences.

CEO, George Roach, stated, "We have been counselled that this termination notice bears no influence or outcome."

"Premier has continually offered an open invitation to Canmax to endeavour to settle this issue as outlined in the contract, and we do so once more, presently and publicly," he added. Canmax holds a 13.1% share in Premier African Minerals.

The share price of Premier African Minerals went up by 12% to 0.33p in early trading
