Borrowing monies and then shorting should be not legal as that is clear conflict.
This is how financial institutions by lobbing got to position that literally they are above the law. Crazy if you ask me.

Main point is PMO is in good hands in those difficult times.
Hedging oil price was great decision. If brent stays at curent levels till the end of the year (will not, it will rise) PMO is good, what is the most important.

Volumes today quite small for PMO, so sp drop today is just to spook investors and force those who lately bought to sell.
