Looks like it’s found support this is second time it’s bounced off 6150 so I would say Craig you got in a out right with KAZ, it may drop a bit more to catch up with the fall in copper but I recon your in a good one there.

Craig, that sounds good mate I’ve always done the properties up to a reasonable standard that way you don’t get any complaints about things not being right, then your basically trouble free for a long period of time to collect the rent.
Like you say you’ve got the capital return if you ever sell.

Craig when you let your property I would advise to go through an agent so the rents guaranteed.
I’ve had a few houses that I’ve bought and done up for rental and decided I would collect rent and cut out the agent until I got a few that lagged behind with the rent and it’s a bastard to get them out, even worse now these new rules are coming in that you have to give a legitimate reason for termination of rental.
It used to be 2 months notice based on a 6 month short hold tenancy contract but the contract could run on at your discretion if they were good tenants.

This company has been making mega bucks on the copper front and it’s connection with the price of copper is basically 95% as it’s a pure play copper company, so where copper goes it will follow.

I’m out of amo at moment so still watching as Glenda has feked us all up again.

Billy I have just finished my calculations on KAZ now it goes back to
10th September 2018 copper $5800 ton KAZ 422

Now from then to the highs of 12th April 2019 $6531 ton copper 744 KAZ now the rise ratio for this period is an increase for Copper of13.987% and for KAZ 74.24% meaning KAZ rises 5.307 times what copper has.

Currently 2nd May copper low $6150 ton KAZ low 609 this puts KAZ on a rise ratio at the moment of 6.526 times copper from the lows of10th September so in this case I would expect KAZ to drop to around 575 to bring it back in line with the long term ratio of 5.307.

Should copper reach $7000 per ton then based on my ratio of 5.307 KAZ to 1 copper then from current price today KAZ will hit £10.41.

These calculation are assuming no unforeseen problems and that the production carries on from her unhindered.

Billy im just doing some stats with relation to copper to see if it has a lag process so going through charts in order to see what I can analyse, so not too sure at the moment but its got to be 600 or under.

I recon iff copper takes off then this could see £10 or more in 18 months time its been to 10.99 before and their production has increased Y/Y for last 4 yeras

Scoop I was only out of the picture by pure luck cause I sold out at about 312 and the feker got away so I had a long wait but put some of my pot in AIG and MONDI.

I could have easily been where you are but you got the divi so im assuming you only need bout 320 to break even with the divi taken into consideration that's not too sad and only 6.5% up from where we are now.

I haven't sold ive just had a look at Fast stocastics and RSI on daily chart for year to date and GLEN is very heavily oversold.

Fast stoc K. line 6.44 and RSI 33.62 I don't want to fek up for the sake of a 2p drop.

My shares are av 305.80 so no good for me selling so I will just have to sit and rest for a while.

Billy yes 10.30 I know what you mean it’s happened a lot in the past so there may be a lot of selling around that time I will keep close eye and may sell the 6000 I bought for the Mrs she’s av at 300.55 then see if I can get them back a touch lower

Breatheasy no problem, the reason I was quick off the mark I’m always checking XD dates and I’ve had my eye on PTEC as well it seems to be going in the right direction in last 3 months after it’s big fall from fame and could be a steady rise over next 6 months to a year.

I just done some quick calculations copper down 5.4% from recent average high so that reflects approx 10.3% profit drop for glen plus the 2.3% for the divi putting glen at 300.35
Then we have to take into account the production update but I havnt calculated that in terms of loss to revenue.
