NK I fully agree smoking should be banned total but from what I understand HMRC make a very nice profit on the sale of cigarettes, which are the cause of a lot of illness and death in a lot of cases as is Alcohol, and I think if alcohol was banned, well even though I like a drink I would soon get used to the fact that it was no longer available and that would do me a big favour.

Is one to watch for the LTH pot for dividend income it’s now yielding 10.17% at current price and this company have either held or increased their dividend for 19 years.
I have held this before but sold my last tranch when it was at 26.80 having first bought a large chunk in April 2018 at a mere £23.10 then sold bits off as it was profiting and taking dividends along the way.

Copper done a rise of $200 in 2 days back on June 10th then just dropped away in the next 7 days until it rose again $200 a ton from couple of days ago back to where it was before so im hopping it holds this time.

PS welcome back NK you seemed to have frightened our Glenda shes running up that hill very nicely.

Has gone below the 5800 line 5 times since 1st June but bounced back above almost immediately so I really think we have found a good supporting level.
Previously on its decline it would bump along for a week at longest then down again but this time it’s holding.
I tend to agree Billy we could be due some reasonable upside with GLEN and KAZ in next few weeks.

Best way is to build he house yourself you know it’s done to the correct spec then, or project manage it so you can immediately pick up on any errors before they cause a problem.
This is obviously a god way if you have the knowledge in the construction of houses

DT your obviously well in the know as you have had dealings with the company and that’s reassuring that the guys will still have a job to go too when they wind things up in certain parts of the business.
Ye us old fekers got all the Experience that’s so true as you do encounter a lot of problems in construction along the way then have to come up with an economical remedy and that only comes with experience in the field.

DT Its a shame there's going to be more layoffs I heard its going to be 600 almost immediately then running to around 1200 jobs lost as they need to restructure bloody feel for the poor sods that have families to support what the feks going on with these companies.

Looks like weve bottomed out with GLENDA but I feel its going to be a slow climb back.
