I need a break so just booked a hol for a week in Tenerife, there's a fish I love to eat out there its called Cherne and it originates from the grouper family they cook it as the whole fish on the grill with a squeeze of lemon spiced olive oil and a dash f salt and pepper what a fekin dish I love it with a side salad.
pan fried rump of lamb with red wine ju is another favourite of mine with roast bell peppers wilted spinach and carrots.

Aether your making me drool over that recipe yes I always say the sauce makes the meal and if you can make a good red wine ju it complements the meal so you shouldn't need any other condiments to eat and enjoy.

I’m still holding CEY, as back in February gold was 1340 and CEY was trading 136 then the production report came and bang down we go ffs in 3 days we go from 136 to 87 it weren’t that bad but it did coincide with a slight drop in the price of gold.
Now gold is trading at $200 an ounce higher that all profit in the bag fr CEY and their share price is at 145 so recon when the next production report comes out if they on target for full year production this will move up also if gold stays at this level their end of year profits will be well good.
Like you said Craig this could be 190 to 200 by Christmas then I’m selling.

Billy yes I got twin boys they 33 year old and I haded my business over to them , I just drive the machines and set sites up now and then.
They are very self sufficient but need the odd prod how to maximise profits, it’s a tight marketing the sports construction industry now as everyone want a piece of the cake but the more experienced firms get the work I been in this game 40 year and no one can tell me f all about sports surface construction.
By the way did anyone sell CEY as I’m still holding

Craig, thanks , that’s why I told the Mrs to retire and I think she will next April so we can just travel and go on holidays both her parents are gone and so are mine so we got no dependants.
Anyway that’s life and we will all be gone one day so enjoy what we have left.

Scoop, Craig the DXY has had 5 good days putting pressure on gold however over a longer period gold is outpacing the DXY by quite a bit.
It seems every time the DXY has 3 or 4 bad days Gold gallops on up at quite a rate.
So it’s a tough call I’m in good profit on CEY if you take into account my trading profits onCEY when I was selling and then buying back in plus the division I’ve collected my average price at last count was around 79p so this dive I takes it down to just under 76p I’m still holding tight at mo but will monitor closely.
I was contemplating selling half and leave the rest.
Funny enough I dont have the same problem with my other shares lol

Craig, Scoop Divi works out at 3.277 p it closed last night on IG platform 152.350 so it should open bout 149 but the way gold is I doubt it will stay ther long before moving up

I’m not playing with CEY for fear of getting left behind this has got legs now so I will just keep an eye on it and let it run it could easily do 3 to 5 % in a day especially if gold holds where it is or higher
