Carve, all I can say is they’re not getting any of my FRES holding at this price, I don’t need the funds so it just as well sit here.
I got big lump av 1078 and another av 942 so I can just wait for a year.
I don’t do CFD or Spread betting so no overnight cost to bear.
I hope it comes good for us one day this year.

CARVE, I agree with all you say and it’s bloody amazing FRES is at 960 and silver holding good ground mid $27 and FRES are making $17 + profit per OZ at This price not to mention Gold, then you got the by products Zinc Lead which are at good prices currently.
I mean FRES hit £20 in 2016 with silver only at $19.70 so what’s going on FRES has come uncoupled with silver movement since last October last year.
Let’s hope the results will give it a kick up the backside and a restate is on the cards.
Well if they’re going to take this back near 10.00 today I will take a few more for the pot.
Fres seems to have become rather disconnected from silver movement since 25 November last year
But I’m hoping it will eventually come back in line.
MrT,
Great research on the Block caving mining methods, im learning more and more each day.
With reference to your coment on CEY share price it realy seems the drop from 230s down to 110 is just ludicrouse and the MMs are realy tekin the pee, but it will come back in time.
Supercharger,
Your post Re; the UBS downgrade haha yes my thoughts exactly, i wouldnt believe a word them cagey bsttrds say to try and frighten people into selling.
Well ive done my homework on FRES and by god theyre minting it at these price and their H2 profit is going to be mega, so i cant wait till 2nd March and with the new Jaunicipio mine up and running theyre productions going to be good this year.
In my opinion this share price is well undervalued at present.
Mr T,
I’m not sure if the machine aquired by CEY will actually be used for the removal of the dump waste or wether they’ve bought the 6040 shovel for face work in the mine.
This beast wil load a 130 ton dump truck in 3 pases as the bucket holds 39ton whereas the 6020b would take 6 pases as the bucket holds 22ton.
Mr T,
Yes I thought I had read it somewhere about the machine left in the blast zone well found.
DASUT,
I always say 2 heads are better than one, there’s a lot of info out there and sometimes you miss an article so I will always post it.

You guys may have already read this rundown of equipment that capital will be using.
It gives a lot of detail if anyone’s not already seen it.

Morning Mr T,
Yes if I remember rightly they left the LHDR within the blast area which damaged the rig, consequently they didn’t have a replacement on site so had to wait for the parts to repair it.
In my opinion that was a very elementary mistake that cost a bloody fortune in lost production, so I hope they’ve learnt by that mistake and never let it happen again.
I agree with you in the hs2 that money could have been put to much better use, I think the cost has at least doubled from the initial bids which is crazy
Yes I fully agree with your analysis, the mine has to keep producing, therefore subcontracting the work out is a very wise decision in order to put their expertise into extraction rather than just loading trucks with waste which is non productive.
I’ve actually done this myself when the labour force I have on board is not enough to get the job done in time, as you will be well aware a lot of construction work has penalty clauses if your part of the work isn’t completed on time and this can be very costly.
I believe capital should be up and running by end of this month
Mr T,
The thing is with machinery of this size it will only really go at one speed and that’s flat out as you need the machine at full reves to dig efficiently there’s sod all the man loading can do anything to speed it up as this sort of structure will already be operating on a shift work basis so the mine is producing to its maximum ability, well that’s my view on this type of business it’s not like a construction site where noise and other factors come into play especially in the UK for environmental reasons and restrictions.
I mean sites I had I couldn’t operate until 08.00 hrs
I don some basic calculations based on the loading capacity of the 6020b and it would take approx 4yrs 1 month to move 120mil tons if constantly loading the dump trucks 24 hrs a day so capitals contract for a period of 4 years is prety much spot on.
Mr T,
Yes i understand what your saying with regards to EMRA, but surely its in their interest as well to limit damadge and get thngs back to normal production, i mean with big mining compannies production is paramount.
They only need 2 or 3 drivers per machine to run it 24 hrs a day well thats what i would be doing had this been my company, i mean the wages of the drivers are insignificant not even worth thinking about as the current gold price is such an important thing i mean theyre making $800 an OZ after yo take away the AISC.
Its a no brainer to me, haha perhaps i should apply for a job LOL.
Mr T yes very impressive mining shovel machine plus 17 dumptrucks which carry around 140ton so they realy mean buisness in moving the waste pile which i belive is approx 120mil ton.
Well i think that being CEY have made some mega profit this year and with that 6020b costing around £1.2 Mil wouldnt you think it prudent to buy 1 themselves, im assuming that Capital have funded the first machine, so at least theyve got back up and the posibility of moving the waste a lot quicker allowing them to start the west face a lot quicker being as gold prices are at a great level.
The outlay for this new machine would be tax deductable so on a cost basis and to improve their current wall movement this in my opinion would be an absolutly great investment.
I speak from experiance in the earthmoving and excavation buisines i ran for over 35years and always used to do my machinary buying in February& March when i knew exactly what profits had been made for the year.
Have a great sunday guys its now snowing heavy in Kent and good luck tomorrow just keep the faith in CEY they will improve.

The above clip shows the mean loading shovel
I’ve driven some large excavators in my life of construction but this
Is a beauty that I would love to have a go at for a day a 254 ton monster
Now come in guys get her moving
Morning all on this board,
I don’t post much but do read all the information and comments on this board as I’m a substantial holder of CEY.
SIKO, as has already been mentioned your information is very important to the members on this board and I read every bit of information you send through along with all other coments.
It’s then down to me to put a picture together based on my own research as well as info gathered from the board to make my decisions.
I must say this is a great board compared to a lot where there’s a lot of infighting along with ****ging matches between people which to me is a total waste of time.
All keep up the good work
Regards
Ken
