im pretty positve leave would win another referendum. Im also positve that the vote would have to include wto option if it were ever to happen. If not then i fear that paris this weekend will be coming to london next weekend, It is an absolute shocker that a 2nd referendum is even being proposed as junker said this would happen in his "until they get it right" speach. Out of all this the EU have really helped in spreading thier UNdemocracy programme. This goes against everything and evry war we have fought since 1900s at tge leadt. Oh and by the way the last three redundancies our company had excluded middle management and hit the shop floor as orders were being reduced. That is another management failing at the top level as it left us in a true positon of 1 manager for every 2 employees. That was not a union decision.

The temp agencies were not created by the unions. Theywere created to meetmanagement demand. Not every company is a union shop. Not every company pays a respectable wage. But it seems almost every company uses temp agencies. For one reason and one reason alone. Cost reduction. This is a management process of which if they performed well in the roles they were given then perhaps the pennies saved in comparison to profits made, by not having to pay lets say redundancy or pension which as far as the union and me personaly believe should be a given would not needbe accounted for. Perhaps some people believe that there fellow man should not be entitled to a decent standard of living after sweating 40,50,60 hrs a week for a company to turn its huge profits I on the other hand believe that its only fair that a man should be rewarded in his later life and his family taken care of if his job becomes redundant due to the poor management decision that have obviously been made to get the business into that situation. The old guard indeed. I have a friends. ousins aunty that tells me the RR sho floor has been built with 24ct gold bricks Ffs. The stark reality is that business is hireing cheap managers fresh out of uni with no more of an idea than those leaving nursery. This is killing the uk economy. I want black belt this, 6s that a degree of any sort and all that tosh to do a job that a man with 20 years experience would be better doing however we need that man from a production perspective to stay where he is. Also I believe that RR opening thier plant in singapore was a decision made purely on logistics and agreements within the asian continent. Not down to its wage/pension bill here at home.

That 3 day thing you go on about affects management too. I can understand taking care of your elderly workers from a graft perspective, but from a sit down job in the office not really. The main reason for doing this is so that RR can retain its talent and expertise. I think you will find that singapore are generally just making old parts that these older RR workers developed and have sustained injuries and such due to the devolpment process. Okay it might be excessive in your eyes, but from a leading manufacturer on new product tech perspective,it is absolutly essential that you retain this wisdom to get new designs up in the sky. Again the talent and knowledge is generally found at shop floor level not within the offices. A final salary pension is the least a company should be doing for its employees if they have put thier lives into the role. The way i see it is like this. The sun calling out all these scum and benefit scroungers etc
in thier words. And then getting the mass public behind it agreeing that its too excessive a payment blah blah blah. Then before you know it we have brexit with or without TMs deal, clean or soft. Next news jobs being lost and people need these benefits themselves because of lack of jobs available. They will soon have something to say then when they realise how hard times are going to get. So why should people be dogging a final salary pension its the least hard grafting committed workers deserve in every job.

I beg to differ. There has always been cheaper labour abroad. I think you will find that a 3% payrise to those hourly paid minions works out to a lot less than 3% of the huge salaries that middle to top management recieve. The serving managers are to blame for the dimise in this country as they put morethan double the effort in lining thier own pockets than they do in managing and doing what is required. I work in the aerospace industry and am on the union comittee. We have agreed lower than inflation pay-rises for over 13 years and yet the managers get more and more for doing less and less. A good company appreciates a good union and what it can bring to the table as appose to taking from the table. Another problem is that your attitude is not only worthy of a manager but one that is stuck in the 70s. A good union rep knows and understands that the balance of power is a careful balance in line with the ying and yang values. His number 1 role is to protect jobs. However when pointing out wasteful management, cost savings and more fluent work flow practices to improve productivity and cost reduction you are either met with poor management that do not want the extra burden of a little work and planning or a company that fails to reward its employees at hourly paid level for the input. That is my experience and I would suggest that you do proper research before slating the unions and appreciate without them some of the working conditions and health and safety issues actually championedby them have saved lives and injury helping your fellow man to provide for his family as appose to leaching fromthe state. What I feel is missing is an actual union that supports brexit as I and many of our members do. If we fail to recieve the brexit that I voted for then I along with members will be contempkating leaving the union. That is not to say I feel they themselves are to blame for this mess but the funding towards a party that I can not agree with on policy toward brexit. I suppose I am the new age union rep a capitalist from a personal investment prespective, but a socialist from a work ethics and collegue prespective. A contradiction in terms however I feel in this day and age what seems contradictory today might be the way forward for tommorow.

In my belief those that voted leave have always expected to, and now more than ever walk away with whatever pain that includes. To assume that people did not vote to become poorer and did not understand is a remainers argument for pushing that agenda. I knew, expected, and fully anticipated loss of revenue,growth and standards of today so that a better tommorow may come for my children etc. I really do wish people stop assuming and speaking as if they know what was going through other peoples minds. The leavers have been betrayed, they won the argument, the vote and have to now put up with this remainer created nonsense and that is the only fact with in all of this that can not be denied.

My assumptions when I voted was as follows. I knew the leave campaign was F.O.Sht. I also knew the remain campign was full of even more negative sht. What I was not aware of at the time was that if leave won then they would pander to the opposite. And vice verser. I thought I knew at least that which ever side of the argument won then that was going to happen. Obviously I forgot that it was not the campaigns that were F.O.sht but it was all the politicians involved that were. I knew and accepted that we may suffer pain from leaving but thought it would be a better outcome for my children and grandchildren. Not once did I bring my own investments or money into forging my opinion on how I would vote. Obviously the same can not be said for the F.O.Sht politicians doing this to our country, That is why the pandering to the remain side has occured, it is most definetly not about reuniting a broken country. I am now left in the position of thinking that why did they even put it to the people in the first place if they have never willingly tried to put the winning argument into action. From the first instance they have forced thier own agendas as appose to the agenda of 17.4mil winning electorate. This has now fractured the country to the extent of people now believing that either far right or far left are now the only options to go seeing as centralist politics has selfishly failed in every aspect in relation to this argument. My fear is that if we dont just walk away and then negotiate then the country falls to the far right. My other fear is and possibly more dangerous an option is that if we settle or fail and have a second referendum or election now the country is going to fall to the furthest of left. Im guessing that my only option as an investor at the minute here is to become as liquid as possible but even then my liquidity is far from safe in the banks should the left succeed.

I believe an ever shrinking EU will now suit the USA. especially knowing that the balkans will become a huge headache for USSR to deal with and the USA will then not be the only ones dealing with turmoil on its own borders leaving scope for another front to be opened in this silent war we seem to be having.
