Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
It builds the BESS and utilises the ground of USK even more. Alternatively it could still sell the coal stacks and retain a percentage of the business that would want to buy even alongside the BESS I'm guessing our feud with Russia will carry 9n for at least the length of the Iraq war. This country and Europe needs energy and we own the facilities that could answer the UKs problems. Right wing parties are growing and so is the green policy dissent. It pains me to say it as a green investor but perhaps we have gone to fast too soon on energy policy. If so then or business has a more diversified energy portfolio than others.
Glass half full or empty is up to the individual investor.
@bibscalkywag @bogtan.
If SAE sets up ventures then retains a stake in said ventures before moving on to the next venture then that's very fine with me.
SA£ own a 21% stake in Proteus. I'm not sure if it comes with options etc to purchase a bigger stake but guessing deals will be done within the partnership.
The more I think about this the more I am beginning to think that SAE are pretty savvy when it comes to its business decisions (USK aside to date).
If before all this Proteus stuff was announced, they instead announced another R&D project in France, Japan or wherever, then would investors be happy with the yet even more debt burden? I suspect not, then again I suspect that some would never be happy cone what may as that would alter their investment decisions.
I was swearing like a sailor when I found out about this transaction. After reading the RNS I have swayed. Proteus and SAE are both cornering the market locally so to speak it was never ready to international with its debt levels. I find myself agreeing with what SAE are doing now, which is consolidating it's business, by reducing its costs, and focused on recovery of debt levels. USK was a bad decision (to date) it seems and SAE is in recovery mode.
It's going to be a struggle and of course it could fail, but to me this direction of business Change could prove to be the saviour not the executioner as I first thought it to be.
I've seen this scenario play out before with ssx the bod all ended up with cushy roles within AA after the share holder payed the price. I suppose the confirmation I'm expecting is a few months or so down the line SAE fold and the management get a role at Proteus for a year to transfer business knowledge and a nice pay package at the end of a short term.

This BB shoes proof that the investors, have been in contact with SAE, it proved we are disconnected, and it's dated and time stamped. It proves the lack of comms and is just a general diary of events. I have been here before and indeed the sharesoc lawyers then recalled the BB and used it in evidence. That is why I make admin aware to archive this BB for future reference.
Why so personal?
I think we need confirmation that we are indeed behind stitched up before anyone will go down that path. That being said it's always good to be prepared.

So if your Indian/****stani/Chinese your not British? That's rather ****** of you.
We can all take what's said t of context to form an argument of you like.
My points are still valid. Good night. Stupid is as stupid does.
"any other information necessary to enable investors to evaluate the effect of the transaction upon the AIM company"
Everybody is struggling to understand the effect on the company until an RNS is released.
Why people ask what are the advantages of BREXIT I will never understand. It just goes to show your stupidity. BREXIT hasn't even happened and is looking more and more unlikely to happen, what with WEFminster killing off any idea of it happening with the placement of rishi and soon to be labour. How on earth will this country sell another war to the public under the guise of democratic values and all that blah blah now. We all know thanks to the remoaning that it was only ever a facade and a propaganda stunt to get millions to fight for the 1%. This country is in ruins and not worth fighting for. Slow and steady hand over of the whole of the UK territory to the love of the YEN is what we are now witnessing. You'll soon be remoaning about your bowl of rice per share and per hour when they finally take control. Well done.
WEFminster influenced by external globalists guided by those with a German sounding surname. Did Germany really loose the war or was it just some trumped up cr4p as usual from the mainstream WEF controlled media of the time. Let them think they've won is the best way to lead blind sheep to the slaughter, after all it worked for the British in the USA all those years back. :) History is only what you've been told. Conspiracy theorists looking like the brains of the bunch more and more every day. Who knows perhaps Putin is right the Nazis are still on the march.
The funny thing is, they would have run checks before hand to see if they had to release an RNS, rather than have true Comms with the shareholder which tells me they are hiding something.
Irrespective of whether an RNS is required by law, it is absolutely required by its shareholders. If the company does not release anything then we can but only assume the worst.
This reeks. No RNS? wtf
There is no doubt in my mind the share holder is getting stitched up here. Guarantee when all fails there's a sweet job at Proteus with a nice pension package waiting for 1 or 2 years service for transition team including executives. IMHO
Never mind contacting SAE. We need to contact the FCA.

Quite surprised with being 1 step closer to a labour government would of expected a rise here. I am not condoning voting for labour but with the "British Energy" policy they do seem to want to see company's like this flourish or at the very least snap them up cheaply and fly then all under the banner of a company called "British Energy". Interested to hear any thoughts on the political attributes of any party toward this company?
K. Starmer appoints D Abacus as shadow chancellor or someone else with the same ability but is better at hiding it since they were paid to go on that "How to behave as politicians" course few weeks ago. This country is well and truly FkD and this share is totally FkD.
Take your remoaning nonce sense and bickering elsewhere.
Orchestrated theatre. They all sing from the one world WEF Philosophy hymn sheet. The indoctrination of the last 20-30 years or so has been a huge blight on the values of democracy. Reminders played there part on the destruction of democracy more so than China and Russia ever will. It's about time they realise this. Let the country move forward and have done with it for all our sakes. Our Labour AND Conservative parties along with ALL the other mediocre ones would happily sell our hard fought for values to feather Thier gravy train aspirations. They have all failed us over the last few decades and yet none of them are to blame according to MSM. Typical middle management playing the shaggy "it wasn't me" game and lining thier own pockets. That's how I see it. Of course it's the production people at the bottom that always face the redundancy list week before the middle management walk away with thier CVs intact, a good payout and a whopping pension to boot. This country needs a right good shape up at the top. If you want to improve productivity, get rid of the layers of s41te that have failed not those who are producing.
IMHO only a party like REFORM for the right or what ever the lefts version is, is worth a walk down to the polling stations. The rest have failed us all. If course the MSM narrative will say a view for either the minority left or right parties is a waste of a vote. But I say a vote for any of the major left or right is a waste of time.
