Hi Rob, It is your call but this is not a trading share it is a medium to long term hold. The potential here is what is exciting, whilst there is a lot of frustration in the current Sp the underlying potential in this new gold jurisdiction should give a substantial return but DYOR.

The agenda and resolutions are now on the Beacon Energy web site. Nothing unusual on the Agenda just the re-appointment of directors , auditors, sign off of 2023 accounts and the ability for the directors to issue new shares up to 50% of the current issued stock, which is a standard resolution. I see nothing to worry about and I expect we will get some form of operational update or the situation with RP ahead of the meeting.

The way I read it is that he had not notified a holding before and now has notified a "sub 3%" which I am also taking it to be just under 3% otherwise it would say 2% for instance. But I could be completely wrong. Just commenting as no one else mentioned it! Any one know any different?
