Not a word has been forthcoming regarding the reverse take over process other than 'we need more time'. Not long now.

Are they able to extend for another month? I thought 6 month’s was the limit.

At least my post started a discussion. Thanks for reasserting that it will not delist. It is probably me being ha little paranoid given some of my experiences with shares that are suspended and time frames being continually extended, resulting in delisting. Let's hope for news soon and a shiny new Satoshi with associated share price rise.

I've got a feeling, due to total lack of news, that after the next 14 days we will delist with the promise of coming back when all is sorted. Kind of reminds me of Lionsgold!!

Good point Stix. Let's get this relisted and up and running, then we can worry about selling the mines or not. I'm more worried about the ever expanding time frames than whether the company keeps mining or not!

The silence is deafening but hopefully some news soon. It will be interesting to see how DTL fits into the 'new' set up given that two years ago the company said that they hoped to sell it off, at a premium, in the next three years. This year then!

I agree that spurious, over aggressive posts are futile. However, I am concerned, as previously mentioned, that the continual provaracation regarding timescales for delisting are hugely frustrating. Is Q2 now moving to Q3? Any bets?

Well we certainly have plenty of time to read the business plan over and again given the ever expanding time scales.

Bigbench, presumably you are being ironic when you suggest 'over delivery'. We have had Q3 completion extended to Q4 delisting followed by early Q1 relisting, changed to late Q1 relisting and now early Q2 relisting. Wouldn't hold my breath. however, I am ever the optimist.

So January 26th, Blu comes back as Blu or the RTO has been successful and it comes back as Satoshi. Don't think I can put up with another share being delisted!

D9Ream, I think you're dreaming if you think that it will be all done by mid JAN. They keep extending the date....

I agree that the tax case is potentially a hit on the share price if it is lost. The company seem confident, so perhaps there will be a last minute deal on the steps of the courthouse! Merry Xmas all long term, very patient, ever hopeful investors.

Exactly Neil 22, where are they. Also, updates on Fingopay and their other investments wouldn't go a miss. How do they fit in wth the reverse takeover?

A realist date would be a great Xmas Present. But, then again, would that date be adhered to? Still confident but will remain apprehensive until it is actually relisted.

Make sure your deposit at the Toby is refundable! It would be great to have some solid idea of what has been happening in the last few month.....but don't want to hold my breath!
