Neil, don't forgot the very exciting 1% of Fingopay and the three investments with Disruptive. Oh...weren't they supposed to be sold off at a premium during the last three years according to their long term plan! Wait, no they have been devalued in the last RNS...Ugh.

Have I, as a LTH, got it wrong. Is this product a dead duck or a) is it a potentially great product but Recordati are not marketing it properly, b) a great product but very poor, disinterested BOD or c) both. This seems to be going nowhere at a snail's pace and I'm beginning to wonder if it will be my great grandchildren who will benefit from this 'money fountain'?

So is relisting now slipping again to late summer?

Hey...they're back. The 15p party is on again, just a year late. No, wait....it's 0.15p, not 15p! Until some actual revenue is generated, this is going to struggle. Yes, a tidy profit but it will dwindle away unless there is some income. It all rests on Satoshi to get some big, meaningful sign ups.

Well the estimated NAV has been .3p since its relisting but the share price has gone nowhere. This has a very long way to go if LTH are to make any money. Many would have bought in when it was around .6p.

Yes, Neil22, but the point I'm trying to make is that investors who are not already holders will not have the opportunity to purchase if they are with Halifax or Share Centre. They certainly won't bother to change dealer for a relatively speculative share. Therefore, where will we increase share holder base and thus support upward movement.

I wouldn't worry about getting the year wrong. What's a year matter when we have been waiting this long!

All the chat at the moment is pie in the sky unless we relist. I love the concept which encouraged me to invest but slipping timescales are worrying. We are trapped until relisting. If, and when, we get information from the BOD, will it actually be trustworthy and accurate. If we have more delays, the least we deserve are reasons. This will indicate that the BOD give some thought to LTH.

No wonder the share price is sooo low when you can sell everywhere but not buy on Halifax or Share Centre!

No wonder this is going nowhere other than down. Long term holders like me can sell but not buy in at these low rates. Wait,.....I know I should change broker. Well actually no I shouldn’t. It should be sorted by Blue liasing with Share Centre,Halifax etc. Surely it is in their interest to enable investors to buy their shares!

Share Centre won't allow buys and I contacted Blue to ask why? Their response suggests Blue is regarded as 'high risk'.
'We have had the KID document on our home page since last summer, please take a look and refer them to it. The problem you may find is that because we are treating BSC as a high risk investment they may still be unwilling to deal for you. That is the feedback from Halifax share dealing services, hopefully you will not encounter the same problem.'

This is going nowhere fast without some positive news from Satoshipay regarding some income generated.

Totally agree Alfie, I'm disappointed the RTO wasn't successful amid a great deal of over enthusiastic hype from some (who have now disappeared). I still think that there is going to be some big advantages to blockchain and micropayment. I'm just not sure now that Satoshipay is the one! Still fingers crossed and we can always expect the over excitable to return if things look like being positive again.

A positive reply but if the next major upgrade is 3-4 months away and it will not be looking to relist until it is fully operational, then it takes us to June\July. Looks like the timescales are shifting further away again, or am I missing something?

Cretes, really appreciate you remaining positive, hopefully some of it will rub off on me! After the suspension, extension of susoension and eventual damp squib of the failed RTO, I am struggling. Any good news would be great but unfortunately can't see anything coming soon to brighten my day.

Great, only another .13 and we up to the giddy heights of the NAV. Then, if we double that I might start to make a bit.
