with bpc possobilities
the refinery came well before any sniff
of talks with a major

it is very unlikely that if a deal is not concluded,
that the bod or the major would give any reason why
other than ,it was not feasable between the two
out of respect to eachother
and if one did give a clear reason
that may be detrimental to bpc
in future negotiations
and nothing to do with radio silence as you so constructively
put it

the major would not include a second three months
unless they thought maybe they cannot rap and pack it in three months
and after all this could be the biggest deal for decades
and the payment they will in the end pay for exclusivity is pocket money
only
to them

would be nice with the end of the first three months
