as a llth i do not see this as dead,the opposite in fact
negotiations announced sp rockets
exclusivity ended sp drops,to what is now a realistic level
with the knowledge ,that the market is aware that there is
quite a bit of interest here from other majors,unnamed of course
plus we are now talking with maquire bank
that isnt on the cards for no reason
when one wolf gets the scent others follow

we dont know who or why ,only they know
we do know that the position otherwise is the same
as before the major entered into talks,
and that there are others interested
what suits one company and their agenda
is different with most other companies in the same field
so while others are interested
this thing is not dead in the waters,my opinion only

maybe we need more capital to be able to srrange a good deal
