I need to relisten, but didn't Graham say something along the lines of if all things close as quickly as he hopes we could spud this year?
SP Angel will update price target once Calvalley deal completed (ONCE, NOT IF)
hoping to get Calvalley into Anoual as well. (as well!)
Q: are you going to run out of money ? A: NO
Q: is there a bankruptcy risk? A: NO
Q: are you confident on sound energy's future? A: YES
there's loads more, re watch it.
Thinbk you must have been watching a diferent presentation to most of us!
final comments from Graham were
this is really happening (the projects)
we are going to get this done
once it's in production it will snowball.
I'm sure you are correct eric, just curious why he made the point.
He was very specific that schlum's share was coming from sound morocco east, not Sound energy.
I don't know the implications of that but presumably means something specific.
This is really happening
we are going to get this done
once it's on productioin this will snowball
Think you'll find he answered directly NO earlier, but of course you don't mention that.
Very direct and clear to me.
loads of good stuff, but the key points so far are:
1: Sound NOT at risk of going bust
2: Calvalley deal very much still on and very very close.
3: All stakeholders very very supportive.
4: BOD asked NOT to be paid a bonus.
why do you care?
oh yes, because you were the tw&t who ****ed all his money up the wall on sound under the previous bod.
even if i'm proved completely wrong about sound and i lose everything i put into it, i still would be in a better position than you, it wouldn't impact my life at all, and i certainly wouldn't give it a second thought.
i feel sorry for you that you can't say the same!
It went very well thanks (no pun intended).
I am NOT trading this, or trying to like some others.
is it taking longer than I expected? yes. Does it matter to me? NO.
the sp today is TOTALLY irrelevant to me as I am neither buying nor selling today.
As Warren Buffet said, ‘if you’re a net buyer of hamburgers you want the price to remain low’
I am a net buyer as I have never to date sold a single Sound share.
You do know Sound have successfully drilled an actual well already?
John121983 - you say "by the time you return SP will same or lower lol"
ignoring for the moment that no one but teenage girls say 'lol', why do you find it funny that you think the sp will be lower?
says rather more about you than the company.
Like they are going to hold the presentation without any actual news to talk about.
seems very odd to me that they would bother.
I did receive an e-mail fro Flagstaff saying shareholders would find it very useful, which I am at a loss to see, if there is no news.
Is that the best you've got?
love you too 😊
Also interesting (OK, work is quiet) that I mention that kylie and keepitfiction have shown themselves to be the same person yet keepitfiction then replies ' Kylie and PS are different people'
are we forgetting who we are postingt as at the moment? 😊
Perfect, proof that you are indeed kylie!
you've never said you're a non shareholder, kylie has.
how pathetic, creating a user to post in support of yourself.
I too could have sub 50 posts if I was so pathetic.
And I come back to see the non shareholder is wasting his life again. Suppose it passes the time until bowls club or whatever OAPs do these days.
Eric, to be fair I don't think Sound was ever 'really worth' £1billion.
Sure, the Market Cap was £1 billion or so, but that was excessive for what it had and the potential. Which is probably why JP et al. started selling.
But, today’s £13 million Market Cap is also way out of line with what Sound is ‘really worth’.
Sooner or later we’ll get the news we are waiting on (Calvalley, GSA, Bank funding, FID, phase 1 gas flowing, exploration wells, increased Gas in Place etc etc.) and then the Market Cap and hence SP will revert to nearer (or beyond) what Sound is ‘really worth’.
That for me is the play here. If all of the above happens who can really argue (sensibly) against a Market Cap of £250 million (or more)?
Agreed, but I can't believe that Graham et al.would be stupid enpough to break the long silence uness they had news.
there was no reason to set the presentation for the 15th unless they actually were sure they would have something meaningful to say.
over the weekend a reply from Flagstaff said 'investors will find the webinar very useful'
read into that what you will.
Wonder when we will get the RNS?
there is certainly a lot of very very significant news overdue.
